These rice crispy treats made with marshmallow fluff (also called marshmallow creme) are such an easy and delicious no bake treat!

5 cups rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies)
4 tbsp unsalted butter
7 ounces marshmallow fluff (also called marshmallow creme)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a large pot, melt your butter on low.
  • Once your butter is melted add in the marshmallow fluff and stir well over low heat.
  • Once the marshmallow fluff is melted in, turn the heat off and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Pour the mixture over your rice cereal and stir it together.
  • Gently press it into a well greased 8 x 8 pan.
  • Cool for at least 2 hours before cutting and serving.

Nonstick cooking spray
One 9-ounce box crispy rice cereal
Four 10-ounce bags mini-marshmallows
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Line an 8-inch square baking dish with aluminum foil and spray generously with nonstick cooking spray. Combine the cereal with 1 bag marshmallows in a large bowl; set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a large heavy-bottomed pot or stockpot over medium-high heat. Add the 3 remaining bags of marshmallows and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are fully melted, about 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Fold half the cereal mixture into the melted marshmallows until well-coated; fold in the remaining cereal mixture.
  • Scoop the mixture into the prepared pan. Spray another piece of foil with cooking spray and use it to cover the mixture, pressing gently on the foil to evenly spread the mixture out, getting it evenly into the corners and flattening the top (you can dome the top slightly if you have extra mixture). Place in the refrigerator to set, around 1 hour. Cut into 2-inch squares and serve. Leftovers keep in an airtight container at room temperature, 2 days; or wrap in a freezer bag and freeze.

4 tbsp Butter ((56 grams))
15 oz Marshmallow fluff
8 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Spray or grease a 11x13" baking pan
  • In a large bowl, measure out 8 cups of rice krispies cereal
  • Spray or grease a large pot and set aside. This will help the rice krispie treats from sticking to the sides of the pot.
  • On low heat, add butter to the pot and melt it.
  • Add the marshmallow fluff. Use two spoons to get the mixture off of the spoon.
  • Melt the marshmallow fluff until it is runny and melted. (3-4 minutes).
  • Add the vanilla.
  • Add the rice krispies cereal. Stir until all the marshmallow fluff covers the cereal.
  • Quickly scoop the mixture out into your greased baking dish.
  • Pat the mixture down gently into the pan.
  • Let it set for 30 minutes to set.

8 Cups Rice Krispie Cereal
13 oz. Marshmallow Fluff
4 tbsp Butter

Steps:

  • Place the butter and marshmallow fluff in a small sauce pan. Heat over medium high heat. Stir constantly until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth (all lumps from the fluff are gone). Be careful not to over heat.
  • Remove from the heat.
  • Place the Rice Krispie cereal in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour the marshmallow fluff mixture on top.
  • Mix well until the cereal has been coated with the marshmallow fluff mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9X13 pan.
  • Spray wax paper or parchment paper with non stick cooking spray and use the wax paper or parchment paper to press the mixture down into the bottom of the pan.
  • Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour for the bars to solidify.
  • Then cut into bars and enjoy!

One 10-ounce bag marshmallows
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 cups rice cereal
One 10-ounce bag mini white marshmallows
Rainbow sprinkles, to decorate

Steps:

  • Thoroughly grease a 9- by 13-inch pan with softened butter.
  • In a large pot, melt the butter. Stir in the regular marshmallows until they're totally melted. Stir in the salt. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  • Pour in the cereal, folding gently the whole time until all combined. Then pour in the mini marshmallows and gently fold in. Turn into the buttered pan and press flat. Immediately top with rainbow sprinkles.
  • Let cool completely, and then cut into squares.
