This snack mix is so addictive, it's known as 'Christmas Crack' among my circle of friends and family! You can choose a holiday mix of M&M's® to make these extra festive!

Steps:
- Cover a large area of counter space with waxed paper and tape it down.
- Mix pretzels, corn cereal squares, peanuts, and candy-coated milk chocolate pieces together in a large bowl.
- Melt white chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching. Pour melted white chocolate over pretzel mixture; stir to evenly coat. Quickly transfer mixture to the prepared waxed paper and spread in a thin layer; cool completely. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.

REINDEER PRETZELS
This recipe is very simple but very yummy and addicting! Who doesn't love salty pretzels combined with the sweetness of chocolate? A good friend from work made these and they were so good I just had to have them as part of my Christmas baking!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While waiting for oven to heat up spread non broken pretzels on a baking sheet. Do not overlap. Place a Hershey's kiss on the bottom part of the pretzel so it kind of looks like two ears showing from the pretzel and the kiss as the snout.
- 2. Place the pan in the oven for about two minutes or just until the kiss gets soft but doesn't melt. Carefully push a M&M on top of the kiss just so it will stay in place. Quickly repeat with all pretzels.
- 3. Allow to cool and harden about two hours. When hardened completely put in a sealable container.

- Place pretzels on parchment covered cookie sheet.
- Unwrap 1 Hershey's Kiss for each pretzel and place on top.
- Bake 4-6 minutes until Kisses are soft.
- Remove from oven and press one coloured M&M into each Kiss.
- Allow to cool completely.

- Place candy coating in 1-cup microwavable measuring cup. Microwave uncovered on High 30 to 60 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, until melted.
- Dip pretzel twists into melted candy coating. Place on waxed paper. Let stand until coating is set.
- If necessary, rewarm coating. Dip top 2 inches of pretzel rod into melted candy coating; attach pretzel rod to bottom of pretzel twist. Place on waxed paper.
- To make reindeer, press on chocolate chips for eyes and red candy for nose using melted candy coating. Cut scarf from fruit roll; attach to reindeer using candy coating. Press on green candy for button using candy coating. Place on waxed paper. Let stand until coating is set. Store coated pretzel rods loosely covered at room temperature no longer than 2 weeks.

- Put chocolate chips in the freezer to chill
- Combine all ingredients, except for chocolate and candy melts
- Add chilled chocolate to the mix (this will keep the chocolate chips from melting when you add the candy melts)
- Melt candy melts in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between. Be careful not to overcook
- Pour candy melts over mix and combine quickly.
- Pour entire mixture onto a cookie sheet and allow to cool
- Eat by the handful!

- Melt the chocolate chips in a glass mixing bowl or tall measuring cup. Do this in 20 second increments, stirring between intervals. It should take about 1 minute to fully melt. If it isn't melted after 1 minute, shorten the increments to 10 seconds and continue to warm until melted being careful that it doesn't burn.
- Once the chocolate is melted, dip a pretzel rod into it to coat about ½ to ¾ of the pretzel in chocolate.
- Lay the pretzel on the parchment paper and use your fingers to immediately sprinkle the holiday sprinkles on all sides of the pretzels. Keep on the parchment paper to harden for about 10 minutes.

- In an extra-large bowl, combine together the cereal, pretzels and peanuts. Prep a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the white wafers according the instructions on the packaging. When the white wafers are melted (about a minute and a half) pour in over the mixture in the bowl. Stir the ingredients gently.Transfer your ingredients to the prepared baking sheet, but, evenly distributing everything.
