Steps:
- Set aside five strawberries. Place the remaining strawberries in blender; cover and puree. Strain into pitcher. Stir in the tea, sugar and lemon juice until sugar is dissolved. Chill. , Serve in chilled glasses over ice. Garnish with reserved berries.

REFRESHING STRAWBERRY ICED TEA
I found this recipe on the back of a frozen strawberry package. It's really good on hot days! The tea is sweet already from the strawberries; so if you'd like, you can cut back on the sugar a bit. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Take 5 strawberries out of the bag and set aside.
- With the remaining berries, blend in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Strain the pureed berries, discard seeds.
- Mix together pureed strawberries, tea, lemon juice, and desired amount of sugar.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Serve with ice and reserved berries as garnishes.
REFRESHING RASPBERRY ICED TEA
Raspberry iced tea. I have also made it sugar free using splenda, and with blueberries instead of raspberries. If you use blueberries you have to boil them with the water so they will pop open and release their juices.

- Combine water, sugar, and tea bags in a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®). Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 4 minutes. Allow 25 minutes for pressure to build.
- Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid. Remove tea bags using a slotted spoon.
- Add strawberries to a blender and puree until smooth.
- Allow tea to cool completely. Stir strawberry puree into the cooled tea and serve over ice.

- Boil 500ml of water and pour it over the tea and sugar, stirring to dissolve the sugar, and let it stand for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, hull and roughly chop the strawberries, place in a blender and blend until smooth.
- When the tea has steeped, strain it into the blended strawberries, give it a stir and strain through a fine sieve. For maximum juice extraction, try pressing the mix with the back of a spoon to force it through the tiny holes
- Add the lemon juice and a further 500 ml (16 fl oz) cold water then place in the fridge to chill. Stir before serving, adding ice to your glass and garnishing with a few slices of fresh strawberries.

- Using a vegetable peeler remove the zest from one lemon. Set aside. Reserve the lemon for another use.
- Prepare strawberry syrup: Puree the strawberries, sugar, and 1 cup water in a blender. Add the puree to a small saucepot. Add the reserved lemon zest, bring to a boil and cook until sugar is dissolved, about 90 seconds. Set aside to steep for 20 minutes. Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the solids from the liquid, pressing on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard solids. Place syrup in refrigerator to cool.
- While the syrup is cooling make a strong tea. In a pitcher, steep 2 tea bags in 2 cups boiling water for 10 minutes.* Remove and discard tea bags. Add the 2 remaining cups of water, the lemon juice, and the chilled strawberry puree.
