Quick Grape Spritzer Food

GRAPEFRUIT SPRITZERS

Steps:

• Make the simple syrup: Bring the sugar and 1/3 cup water to a simmer in a small saucepan, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Remove from the heat and let cool completely, about 20 minutes.
• Combine the white wine, grapefruit juice, Campari and simple syrup in a pitcher and refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour into ice-filled glasses and top with the seltzer. Garnish with raspberries and grapefruit.

WHITE GRAPE SPRITZER

Steps:

• Combine the brandy, grape juice and lime juice in a large pitcher or carafe. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. When ready to serve, pour 2 ounces each into champagne flutes, then top with 6 ounces of the sparkling wine. Garnish with the red and white grapes, about 4 slices per glass.

GRAPE JUICE-GINGER ALE SPRITZER

Steps:

• Combine the grape juice and ginger ale in a pitcher and mix with a wooden spoon. Add the red grape "ice cubes" to serve.

SPARKLING BLACK CHERRY GRAPE SPRITZER

Steps:

• Using a vegetable peeler, peel 6 (3-inch) long strips of lemon zest, taking care to not peel into the white pith. Squeeze 2 tablespoons of juice from the lemon into a small pot. Add the zest strips, sugar and water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool.
• Strain into a serving pitcher and top with the grape juice and seltzer. Serve over ice with slices of lemon, if desired.

GRAPE JUICE SPRITZERS

Steps:

• Fill champagne flutes halfway with Sprite or Seltzer.
• Fill the rest of the way with grae juice.

GRAPEFRUIT SPRITZ

Steps:

• Pour the grapefruit juice and Aperol into a chilled coupe glass. Add ice and gently stir to combine. Top up with the Prosecco, garnish with a twist of grapefruit zest and serve immediately.
