½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup applesauce
4 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, applesauce, and eggs together in a medium bowl until fluffy.
  • Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves together in a large bowl. Add pumpkin mixture and stir until combined. Pour into the prepared baking pan.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line 13x9-inch pan with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Mix flour, 1/4 cup granulated sugar and brown sugar in medium bowl until blended; cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in oats and nuts.

  • For the bars: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13-by-9-inch metal baking pan with nonstick baking spray and line the bottom and sides with parchment paper, leaving an inch of overhang on the sides.
  • Whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, ginger, salt, nutmeg and cloves in a large bowl until evenly combined. In another bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs and pumpkin puree until smooth. 2 Cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 Cups brown sugar, firmly packed
1/8-1/4 C ginger
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking pdr
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 Cup cooking oil
1/2 Cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 (15oz) can pumpkin ( not the pumpkin pie mix)

1 Cup veg. oil ( or 1/2 cup applesauce for 1/2 c of the oil)

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 C butter, room temperature

  • 1. Preheat Oven @ 350. Grease a 10 X 13 pan Peel Chop and dice apple and set aside.
  • 2. Mix Eggs, sugar, Oil & pumpkin well with electric Mixer, til light and fluffy.
  • 3. Stir together Dry Ingredients, Flour, Baking Pdr, Soda, Cinn, nutmeg, & Salt. Now, Add 2 Tbs of the Flour Mixture to Fresh Diced and Chopped apples. Toss very well. Set aside the apples.
