This Strawberry Banana Orange Power Smoothie is the perfect fruit smoothie packed with berries, bananas, and juicy oranges! It makes a great breakfast or post-workout drink, and it's the perfect mid-afternoon pick-me-up snack!

1 large orange

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or other vegan substitute)
1 1/2 cups orange juice, water, almond milk, or other liquid of your choice.

2 handfuls blueberries
1 banana
2 strawberries
2 tablespoons of any flavored yogurt
half a cup milk

Steps:

  • Add 1 handfull of Blue berries to blender.
  • Cut both strawberries and add to blender.
  • Cut banana in pieces and add to blender.
  • Add half a cup of milk.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt.
  • Add the remaining amount of blue berries.

This is my go-to smoothie of choice. My kids (all 4) absolutely love it for the flavor as well as the purple color. It's fun, easy, and the kids can even help out! Feel free to add or subtract any of the fruit, honey, or sugar to your taste preference.

½ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt (such as Dannon® Light and Fit®)
½ cup sliced strawberries
½ cup water
½ cup nonfat powdered milk
1 banana, cut in chunks
¼ cup blueberries, or to taste
¼ cup raspberries, or to taste
¼ cup blackberries, or to taste
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1 cup crushed ice
3 tablespoons turbinado sugar (such as Sugar in the Raw®)
1 tablespoon honey

Steps:

  • Pulse yogurt, strawberries, water, powdered milk, banana, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and protein powder together in a blender until well-mixed. Add ice, sugar, and honey and blend until smooth.
