Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
- In a bowl, whisk sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and butter together until creamy.
- Add Greek yogurt, egg, and bananas. Mash bananas and mix thoroughly.
- Gently fold in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon just until combined.
- Add chocolate chips and stir in gently.
- Like a baking sheet with parchment paper and place spoonfuls of dough 2 inches (5 cm) apart.
- Bake for 15 minutes and cool on a cooling rack.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease baking sheets.
- In a medium bowl, cream together shortening and white sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs, vanilla extract, and banana. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; blend thoroughly into the shortening mixture to make a sticky batter. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned.
- In a medium bowl, blend butter, confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla extract. Adjust amount of milk as necessary to attain a drizzling consistency. Drizzle over warm cookies.

THE BEST POTATO CHIP COOKIES
I got this recipe from my very first cook book! When I first came across this recipe i thought potato chips in cookies?! But I tried it and fell in love with it. These cookies are So FAST, and EASY to make. They have a good taste, and come out crisp on the edges and slightly chewy in the center. You can sprinkle them with sugar or sprinkles before baking. This recipe can also be slit in half, or doubled. I love these cookies and hope you love them too!!!:) :)

- Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla together, blend well.Add chips, and stir in flour.

FOREVERMAMA'S SHORTBREAD POTATO CHIP COOKIES
These cookies are tender, crisp, buttery lusciousness. I've made some other cookies that incorporated potato chips, but I think these score big. For those of you who've never tried cookies with potato chips as one of the ingredients you're missing out. It gives them a "Je ne sais quoi" goodness. They are ever so easy to make as well. All my guests loved them when I served them last Christmas.

- Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Lightly grease or parchment line a cookie sheet.
- In a bowl, combine the flour and the crushed potato chips, set aside.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and vanilla.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture until just combined.
- Using a teaspoon, scoop out the dough and roll into a ball with your hands.
- Roll the balls into granulated sugar. Place prepared cookie sheet. Press each ball down lightly with your fingers.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until the edges are nice and golden. Store in airtight container.
- NOTE: If you taste the cookie dough before baking, don't be alarmed if it doesn't taste sweet or good enough. You'll be surprised how good they turn out once rolled in sugar and baked. They are yummy.
