Poor Students Sandwich Food
POOR STUDENT'S SANDWICH
Inspired by the Ploughman's lunch, this is a healthy sandwich that you can make with only a few ingredients. I tried adding meat to it but it's really not necessary. I'm not a vegetarian and I have this sandwich regularly - it's that good!

Steps:
- Spread the chacarero sauce on one slice of bread and put the cheese on the other slice.
- Toast both slices in the toaster oven.
- Cut apple into thin and flat slices.
- Put the sandwich together with the pickle slices and apple slices.
- Cut and serve.

IM A POOR STUDENT BREAKFAST SANDWICH
This breakfast is cheap and has always gotten me through some rough test mornings. Its easy to make a dozen and throw them in the fridge. My husband loves them and takes them to work.

Steps:
- Brown sausage over medium heat. Drain sausage and let cool.
- Meanwhile, make scrambled eggs to desired consistancy. Set aside and cool.
- Once sausage and eggs are cooled completely begin making breakfast sandwich.
- Cut apart english muffins, top with eggs and sausage. Then place one slice of cheese on top of mixture. Place other side of muffin on top.
- Place one sandwich in a plastic bag and store in fridge. Easy to reheat in microwave.
