Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Peel, core & slice the apples & spread them evenly in a 9" deep dish pie plate.
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt & egg, then spread this mixture over the apples.
- Pour melted butter over the flour mixture & sprinkle the cinnamon over that.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until apples are soft.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Wash all the vegetables.
- Deseed the (bell)peppers, and cut them into smallish, uniform pieces.
- Cut the eggplant into similar sized pieces (just a little smaller than the diameter of the zucchini).
- Cut the zucchini into quarter inch thick slices.
- Wash the sorrel, chop it and set it aside.
- Heat the oil in a wide frying pan, and sauter the vegetables over high heat for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper them. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream with the eggs and the sorrel. Add all of the vegetables to this mixture.
- (Alternatively, cook the sorrel for a few minutes in oil, and add them, cooked, to the cream and eggs.).
- Divide the mixture into 6 ramekins of suitable size, and put them into a baking pan. Fill the baking pan with water to come up to half the height of the ramekins.
- Put it into the oven and cook for 25 minutes.
- Serve immediately.

Steps:
- Cut the apricots in two and take out the seeds.
- Wash and dry the rosemary, and pull off the rosemary needles.
- Melt the butter in a pan, put the apricot halves in, and cook at a high heat about 1 minute on each side.
- Lower the heat, add the honey and the rosemary needles, cover and let cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir with a wooden spoon to avoid any scorching.
- Share out the cooked apricots in 6 small dishes, and drizzle the warm honey-rosemary sauce over each one.
- Serve warm.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice bread down to BUT NOT THROUGH the bottom crust.
- In a bowl, combine garlic, oregano, parsley, softened butter & parmesan cheese, mixing well.
- Spread butter mixture on each side of bread without breaking the loaf.
- Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil & bake 20 minutes.
- Unwrap, slice completely & serve hot.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F & lightly grease a cookie sheet.
- Slice the wheel of Brie chees in half so there are 2 circles of cheese.
- Spread apricot (or peach) preserves on the cut side of one Brie wheel, then make a sandwich out of the two halves, with the preserves in the middle.
- Wrap the entire wheel of Brie with one sheet of puffed pastry & fturn it seam side down onto the prepared cookie sheet.
- Brush the puffed pastry with the egg white.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown, then serve immediately.
