TATER TOT PIZZA CASSEROLE

- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
- Reduce heat to medium; stir in soup. Cook until mixture comes to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon beef mixture into sprayed baking dish. Spoon pizza sauce evenly over top. Arrange pepperoni and bell pepper over sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange potato nuggets over cheese. Cover with foil.
- Bake at 375°F. for 30 minutes. Remove foil; bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Add pizza sauce and basil. , Transfer to a greased 3-qt. or 13x9-in. baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese and potatoes. TATER TOT PIZZA CASSEROLE
This tasty casserole is comfort food. The original recipe used a can of mushroom soup instead of the white sauce, but I seldom have canned soup in my pantry, so I improvised. The kids like it plain, but my husband and I like to sprinkle the finished product with crushed red pepper. I'd like to try this with ground turkey, but I just haven't yet.

- Heat oven to 375°F Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
- Melt butter, stir in flour and garlic powder. When bubbly gradually stir in milk to make a smooth white sauce. Heat until thickened. Add Parmesan cheese and salt to taste. Stir ground beef into white sauce.
- Spoon beef mixture into sprayed baking dish. Spoon pizza sauce evenly over top. Arrange pepperoni over sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange potato nuggets over cheese. Cover with foil.
- Bake 30 minutes. Remove foil; bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes longer or until thoroughly heated.

- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef, sausage and bacon. Cook for 7 minutes. Add in mushrooms, onions, garlic and green pepper. Cook an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until meat is cooked and veggies are softened. Stir in pizza sauce.
- Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Spread pizza mixture evenly on the bottom. Cover completely with Tater Tots.
- Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Bake an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and top with Italian seasoning. Serve hot.

- In skillet brown hamburger with onion and peppers.
- Drain.
- Add pizza sauce.
- Pour into greased 9x13 pan.

- Pour the tater tots in a large mixing bowl. Microwave for one minute and forty-five seconds (or until soft)
- Add one egg to the softened tater tots and mix.
- Grease a cast-iron pan with butter, then pour the tater-tot mixture into the pan and spread it out to create a crust.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes at 400˚F (200˚C).
- Remove from the oven, then add ½ of the cheddar cheese, ½ of the mozzarella cheese, and ½ of the bacon bits to the base of the crust.
- Crack the rest of the eggs evenly over the top of the crust, then top with the rest of the cheese and bacon bits.
- Bake for 15 more minutes at 400˚F (200˚C).
- Top with avocado slices and pepper.
