Patriotic Frozen Delight Food
PATRIOTIC DESSERT
I took this patriotic dessert to a luncheon and came home with dozens of requests for the recipe! It was quite a success. People told me it looked as good as it tasted. -Flo Burtnett, Gage, Oklahoma

Steps:
- In a bowl, combine flour, pecans and butter. Press into an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack., In a bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Fold in half the whipped topping; spread over crust. In another bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. , Spread over cream cheese layer. Cover with remaining whipped topping. Decorate with strawberries and blueberries to resemble a flag. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

- Combine cracker crumbs and butter; press into a 13-in. x 9-in. dish. Chill., In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick). Fold in ice cream and whipped topping. Spoon over crust. Sprinkle with candy. , Freeze for at least 2 hours. Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving.

- In a bowl, combine milk, lemon juice and peel. Stir in yogurt, marshmallows and pecans. Spread half into an ungreased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. dish. Sprinkle with half of the strawberries and blueberries. Cover with the remaining yogurt mixture; top with remaining berries. Cover and freeze. Remove from the freezer 15-20 minutes before serving.

- In a large bowl, combine condensed milk, lemon juice and zest. Stir in yogurt and marshmallows. Fold in the whipped topping.
- Pour half of yogurt mixture into a 9 x 13 pan, and sprinkle with half of the strawberries and blueberries. Cover with the remaining yogurt mixture, and decorate the top with the remaining blueberries and strawberries.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm. Remove from the freezer 45-60 minutes before serving. Cut into squares and serve.
