1 pound ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular or Healthy Request®)
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups uncooked medium shell-shaped pasta

Steps:

  • Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
  • Stir the soups, water and pasta in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 10 minutes or until the pasta is tender, stirring often.
  • Serving Suggestion: Serve with carrot & celery sticks with ranch dressing for dipping. For dessert serve store-bought brownies topped with vanilla ice cream.

1/2 lb. lean (at least 80%) ground beef
2 small zucchini, chopped (2 cups)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 cup chicken broth
1 jar (8-oz.) pasteurized process cheese sauce

Steps:

  • Cook rotini as directed on package. Drain well.
  • Meanwhile, in 2 1/2-quart saucepan, cook ground beef, zucchini and oregano over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
  • Stir in flour and salt. Add milk, chicken broth, cheese sauce and cooked rotini to ground beef mixture; mix gently. Simmer about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.

1 lb ground beef
1 cup onion, diced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
4 cups beef broth
16 oz fusilli pasta
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup milk
green onion, sliced, to serve

Steps:

  • In a large pot over a medium-high heat, add ground beef, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Break up the beef to incorporate the seasonings and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes.
  • Pour in the beef broth and one cup of water and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the pasta and simmer for 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked throughout and the broth has cooked down, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour in the milk and cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted.
  • Serve garnished with some sliced green onions
  • Enjoy!

12 ounces bock beer
8 slices bacon
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup carrot, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, minced
1/4 cup sweet red pepper, minced
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed chicken broth
1/4 cup flour
1 cup half-and-half
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon sugar
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Open beer and let stand while dicing vegetables.
  • Saute bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble.
  • In large soup kettle, saute vegetables in two tablespoon of bacon grease until soft.
  • Add chicken broth.
  • Fill chicken can with beer and add to mixture.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
  • Pour remaining beer into a small mixing bowl and whisk in flour.
  • Gradually add to broth, stirring constantly, till thick.
  • Add half and half, bacon and cheese.
  • Heat until cheese melts.
  • Stir in sugar.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • Gently mix seasonings into ground chuck — don’t over work. Divide meat into half and press each half into roughly equally sized rectangles, as thin as possible without tearing. Sprinkle the grated sharp cheddar over one rectangle. Carefully life the other rectangle and place it on top of the cheese-covered rectangle. Press firmly to seal. Place in freezer for 15 minutes to firm up.
  • Meanwhile, if using, place cauliflower in a microwave-proof bowl. Cover with wrap, cut a small slit in the wrap, and heat on High for 5 minutes.
  • Warm 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove meat from freezer and cut into small squares (about 3/4”). When oil shimmers, add half of the cheeseburger squares to the pan and cook through. Remove to a paper-towel lined plate to rest, and repeat with the other half.
  • Warm 2 tablespoons olive in a 5 quart stock pot or dutch oven over medium heat. When oil shimmers, add onions, carrots and celery. Saute until softened, 5-8 minutes. Add flour and stir well to coat vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes to remove the raw flour flavor. Add half-and-half a 1/2 cup at a time, stirring constantly to thicken. The roux should be gently bubbling.
