PAMPERED CHEF BUTTERSCOTCH DIP

Steps:

• Combine all in small bowl and mix until smooth.
• Chill.
• Serve with fresh fruit.

PAMPERED CHEF BROCCOLI DIP

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• Combine all ingredients except for pita chips. Put in baking dish.
• Cook 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are bubbly.
• Can be cooked 12 minutes in microwave on high.

HOT BROCCOLI DIP(PAMPERED CHEF)

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375*F(190 C).
• Chop broccoli, onion and red pepper; place in bowl.
• Finely grate Parmesan cheese. Measure 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan and add to vegetable mixture (reserve remaining Parmesan for topping). Place garlic into bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
• Spoon mixture into casserole dish.
• Bake about 25 minutes or until heated through.
• Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over top and surround with pita crisps(or chips or toast) for serving, if desired.

SOUTHWESTERN SALAD-PAMPERED CHEF

Steps:

• DRESSING.
• Combine the ranch dressing, jalapeno, taco seasoning & lime juice.
• Mix until well blended.
• Refrigerate until ready to use.
• SALAD.
• Combine lettuce, olives, bell pepper, beans, corn & chicken.
• Pour dressing over top & toss gently to coat.
• Top w/ avocado. Serve immediately.

PAMPERED CHEF CHEESY CHILI DIP

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350.
• Combine chili, cream cheese and chili powder with hand mixer.
• Add monterey jack and garlic, and stir until blended.
• Spread in baking dish and cook 20-25 minutes.
• Remove from oven.
• Top with tomato, green onion, olives and dollops of sour cream.
• Serve immediately with tortilla or corn chips.
