- Set a pizza stone on an oven rack and preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Roll out and stretch the dough on parchment paper or a pizza peel to a 12-inch circle; set aside.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat and whisk in the hot sauce. Pour half the mixture into a medium bowl, add the chicken and stir to coat fully. Pour any excess sauce back into the saucepan.
- Ladle a few tablespoons of the remaining hot sauce mixture on the dough and spread in a thin even layer. Scatter with the chicken and mozzarella. Sprinkle the blue cheese on top.

- Set up grill for direct cooking over medium heat, and oil grill grate when ready to start cooking.
- Place chicken strips in large bowl with 1 cup buffalo wing sauce and toss to coat chicken.

We love spicy food, so we decided to devise our own Buffalo Chicken Pizza recipe, and everyone always loves it. We usually have to make two because even if there are only two people in the house, it goes fast.

- Cook the chicken breast and cut it into bit sized chunks or small strips.
- Melt butter and combine with onion and garlic powder. (You can use minced garlic, if you prefer). Spread the mixture on the pizza crust.
- Top the crust with cheese.
- Toss the chicken pieces in the hot sauce, and spread over pizza. You can drizzle the rest of the hot sauce over the pizza for extra kick.
- Drizzle the top of the pizza with as much ranch dressing as you like. We don't measure it out before hand, because it is easier to squeezer straight from the bottle.
- If you like green onions, chop them up and add them last.

Once the oven comes to temperature, let the stone sit in the oven for a good 15 minutes so it gets super smoking hot - this is important to get that perfectly crusty texture out of the pizza. If you do not have a pizza stone, you can also use a large baking sheet. Prep a pizza peel with a generous sprinkling of semolina flour or flour and set aside.
- Place the dough on a lightly floured surface. Use your hands to form the dough into a 12" round. Transfer the dough to the prepared pizza peel. Top with the mozzarella, and the chicken, bacon, and cheddar from the Chopped Salad Kit. Brush the olive oil around the outer crust of the pizza. Don't skip this step! It adds some flavor & helps ensure the crust stays nice and golden through baking.

Can't get much easier than this! Boy is this tasty! This recipe is very versatile, too! I actually never measure anything, so I hope the measurements are right. Honestly, I don't think you could mess this up! I prefer to use the Bobloi 12" Thin Crust shells. You can also make 2 of the Boboli Mini Crusts instead of the 12". Of course, you can use whatever pizza crust/dough you like. For something different, I made this spreading 2 tablespoons of blue cheese dressing on the crust before topping with the saucy chicken! It gave it a different twist! This is a fun recipe to play with!! Enjoy!

- Preheat the oven to 500 degrees with a pizza stone or overturned cookie sheet inside. Stretch the pizza dough into a 12 inch circle on a sheet of parchment paper dusted with cornmeal. (Alternatively, you can forgo the pizza stone and bake the pizza on a pizza pan instead.)
- In a small bowl, toss the chicken with the buffalo sauce. Spread the blue cheese dressing over the pizza, then top with the shredded chicken. Sprinkle the blue cheese crumbles over the top.
- Bake 9-11 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

- Put the pizza stone on the middle rack of your oven. Preheat the oven as high as it will go (mine goes up to 550 degrees F).
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the tomato sauce, hot sauce and butter and whisk until the butter is melted and incorporated.
- On a large piece of parchment paper, spread or roll the pizza dough into a 12 inch circle. I find it easiest to spread with my fingers. If you find the dough resisting or spring back, let it rest for a minute and then try again.
- Spread half the sauce onto the dough with a spoon. Toss the remaining sauce (to taste, you don't have to use all of it) with the chicken.
