- In a 10-in. ovenproof skillet, saute garlic in butter and oil until fragrant. Add the shrimp, lemon juice, pepper and oregano; cook and stir until shrimp turn pink. - Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Stir in the linguine, and return to a boil. Cook until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 11 minutes.
- While pasta is cooking, combine the olive oil, pineapple juice, orange juice, orange zest, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and garlic in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Pour sauce into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes. Add the shrimp and parsley; cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Drain the linguini, and place on a serving platter. Spoon the shrimp and sauce over the pasta, and top with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Stir in pasta and return pot to boil. Cook until al dente. Drain well.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook as the label directs. Reserve 1 cup cooking water, then drain.
- Meanwhile, season the shrimp with salt. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until the garlic is just golden, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until pink and just cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp to a plate. Add the wine and lemon juice to the skillet and simmer until slightly reduced, 2 minutes.
- Return the shrimp and any juices from the plate to the skillet along with the linguine, butter and 1/2 cup of the reserved cooking water. Continue to cook, tossing, until the butter is melted and the shrimp is hot, about 2 minutes, adding more of the reserved cooking water as needed. Season with salt; stir in the parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.

- Start by heating both olive oil and 2 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over med heat to melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and stir until semi translucent then add the shrimp. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste and saute for 2 to minutes on one side then flip each shrimp over to cook the other side.
- Carefully pour in the white wine, add red pepper flakes, bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through and the wine is reduced by about half.
- Gently mix in the remaining butter, lemon juice, and parsley and stir to coat evenly. Serve immediately.

- Heat wine, olive oil, butter, margarine, and garlic in a large skillet on medium heat until it just starts to boil.
- Then add paprika and parsley flakes, stir in and immediately add shrimp.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
