Steps:
- Add orange juice, lemon juice and sugar to a mixing bowl and stir well to combine. Taste and add a little more sugar if it's not sweet enough. Whisk in cream and orange Jello.
- Freeze/churn according to ice cream maker instructions. *If using a modern electric ice cream maker (that doesn't require ice/salt) freeze the bowl of the ice cream maker overnight and refrigerate the liquid mixture for several hours (or overnight), before churning. Both need to be completely chilled.
- Store in the freezer for 1-2 weeks, in an airtight container with a piece if plastic wrap against the surface to help keep it from crystalizing.

ICE CREAM JELLO
I had this recipe at a shower over 20 years ago and since then has been a must have at holiday's, graduation parties and get-togethers. I use a glass 9x13-inch dish and after it's done it's really pretty to look at and even better to eat.. It is Better if You use vanilla and not vanilla bean ice cream. Thanks for trying my ice cream recipe. :)

Steps:
- Add 1 cup of boiling water to package of cherry Jello and stir.
- Add 1/4 of the vanilla ice cream and use a whisk to whip with the Jello.
- Let set in a clear 9x13-inch pan for 15 minutes or as Wife2uRick suggested waiting 15-30 minutes or until set.
- Then Add 1 cup of boiling water to package of lemon Jello and add 1/4 of the vanilla ice cream and use a whisk to whip with the Jello.
- Let set on top of the cherry layer for 15 minutes or until set.
- Then add 1 cup to the lime Jello and add 1/4 of the vanilla ice cream and whisk to whip with the Jello.
- Let set on top of lemon Jello for 15 minutes or until set.
- Then with the last box of Jello which is orange add 1 cup of boiling water and the last 1/4 vanilla ice cream and whisk together and put on top of lime Jello and let set.
- I usually do other things while I am making this and you can also use your favorite jello's but these together taste really good and I always am asked to bring it.
- Note: I usually cut my ice-cream in fourths and leave the ice-cream in the freezer until I use each 1/4th for the Jello.
- Jello can be stored in refrigerator when done. :).

ORANGE JELLO SALAD
Steps:
- Mix together 4 cups of water, orange jello mix, and vanilla pudding mix in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring the whole time to keep clumps from forming. Once it starts to boil, remove from heat. Pour into a heat-resistant container (I usually use a glass baking dish), cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for about four hours. Remove from fridge and break up the jello into chunks. Place in a large bowl. Add in the pineapple, mandarin oranges, and whipped cream and mix around until everything is combined. Keep refrigerated until you are ready to serve.

- Pour 2 cups Florida’s Natural Orange Juice in a pot over medium-high heat. Add sugar, baking soda and mix until dissolved. Wait until juice and sugar are very hot, but not boiling.
- Dissolve the contents of the gelatin packets into 1 cup of Florida’s Natural juice and set aside. You will see how the gelatin gets hydrated and starts to solidify.
- When the juice is hot, turn off the heat and add the hydrated gelatin, mix until it dissolves completely.
- Pour Horizon Organic Half & Half and vanilla extract into the juice with the gelatin. Important note: mix really fast with a spoon or whisk as you pour half & half into the gelatin.

- Ingredients. For this dessert you will need the following: -Bryer 's Vanilla Ice Cream. -12 oz of raspberries, fresh or frozen. -Raspberry Jell-O (or any flavor gelatin in a 6 oz.
- Mix Jell-O. I couldn't find a small packet of Raspberry Jell-O, so I measured out half the packet on a kitchen scale. It was a little bit less than a half cup. *****
- Mix Ice Cream. Allow the ice cream to soften for 30 minutes before this step. Once the ice cream is soft, place it in a metal mixing bowl and mash it with a whisk or a potato masher.
- Add Fruit. This part is fun. Pick up the raspberries and squish them in your hands. Give it a quick stir to coat all the raspberries and then let it sit for about 3 minutes.
- Pour Into Pan. I like to use glass or ceramic baking dishes for this dessert - they hold the cold in a little bit better than a metal square pan could.
- Freeze. This generally takes a little more than an hour to set-up. But once its firm to the touch, it's pretty much ready.
- Serve! If you let this freeze long enough, it stays pretty solid. It's easy to serve with just a knife, and goes fast. It's a great frozen treat in the summer, and you can try all different kinds of fruits and Jell-O flavors.
