MANDARIN FLUFF
I invented this dish as an easy, grown-up version of the frozen cream-filled pops we all enjoyed as children. The mandarin oranges and whipped topping re-create the tangy orange and ice cream flavors. One bite cools the heat from the rest of the meal.-Elizabeth Freise, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania

ORANGE JELLO FRUIT FLUFF SALAD
My friend made this for my baby shower in 2004, and it's amazing! I'm glad to share the recipe. You can experiment and change the whole taste by using different flavors of jell-o. It's also a fun way to make the salad fit in with a theme. It's also great made a day ahead.

- Homemade Marshmallow Fluff. Maybe you like the idea of a delicious fluffy recipe, but you don’t like the idea of it tasting like fresh fruit or even chocolate.
- Creamsicle Fluff. When I look back over my childhood, some of my favorite memories are the small town summers where we’d bike to the local corner grocery store.
- Banana Pudding Fluff. I have a confession to make. My all-time favorite dessert is homemade banana pudding, and it’s embarrassing when someone brings one around me because I look like the Cookie Monster… only with banana pudding.
