ALMOST-FAMOUS ORANGE MILKSHAKE

- Mix the orange juice concentrate with 1 cup water in a large measuring cup or bowl. (You can also use 2 cups orange juice instead of this mixture.)
- Transfer the orange juice to a blender. Add the milk, vanilla, both sugars and 1 cup ice and blend until smooth and frothy. Divide among 4 chilled glasses.

- Add the ice cream, mango, orange juice, and Triple Sec (if using) to the jar of a blender with ice-crushing ability. Make sure the lid is on tight. Using an ice crush setting, blend the ingredients until they are relatively smooth, about 1 minute. Then blend on the liquefy or the high speed setting for about 10 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth. Serve immediately.

- Put all the milkshake ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- For the chocolate swirl melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe container stirring after every minute until smooth.
- Stir the milk into the melted chocolate and microwave for about another 30 seconds and then stir again until smooth.
- To decorate the serving glass, place a tablespoon of the chocolate swirl sauce on the inside rim of a tall glass and then allow it to move down the inside of the glass, spinning the glass to create a swirl effect. Repeat with remaining sauce for both glasses.
- Pour the milkshake into the glasses and place a scoop of ice cream on top of each one. ENJOY!

- Load the back of a teaspoon with a little of the chocolate spread and spread it in a long line from the bottom of the inside of the glass to the top. Put the rest of the chocolate spread into a bowl in the microwave or in a small saucepan over a low heat. Warm through for a few seconds just until runny and set aside.

- For the whipped cream: Combine the heavy cream and sugar in a large, deep bowl. Whisk vigorously by hand until soft peaks form, 30 to 60 seconds. Set aside.
- For the milkshake: Blend the milk and malted milk powder in a blender on high speed until the malted milk powder dissolves, 15 to 20 seconds. Add the chocolate ice cream and blend on high until creamy and thick, pushing down as needed, 20 to 25 seconds.
