With a middle layer of coconut, these sweet chocolaty treats taste similar to a Mounds candy bar! If time is short, don't wait for the bars to cool-just lay on several thin milk chocolate bars right after you take the pan from the oven and spread them as they melt.

- Combine the crumbs, butter and sugar. Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine coconut, milk and pecans; spread over the crust. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes; cool completely. In a small saucepan, melt candy bar and peanut butter over low heat; spread over bars. Cool until set.

Steps:
- Place graham crackers in a sandwich bag and crush with a rolling pin until you have 2 cups of crumbs. Mix the crumbs well with the melted butter. Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with cooking spray and pat the crumb mixture into the bottom of the dish. Bake this in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Mix the milk with the coconut in a bowl using a spoon. Spread over graham cracker crust and return to 350 degree oven for 15 more minutes. Remove and sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over the top. Return to 350 degree oven about 5 more minutes or just until chocolate chips are warm enough to spread with a knife. Let cool in refrigerator. Cut into small squares. Makes about 30 pieces depending on what size you cut the bars

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat butter until fluffy. Add the flour, sugar and salt; beat just until crumbly. Set aside 1 cup for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set and edges begin to brown., Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine milk and 1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips. Cook and stir until chips are melted. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. Spread mixture over crust., Combine the nuts and milk chocolate chips with the remaining semisweet chocolate chips and crumb mixture. Sprinkle over filling. Bake 15-20 minutes or until center is set. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

- Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Place butter in prepared pan; bake 5 min. or until melted.
- Meanwhile, coarsely chop cookies; reserve 2 cups. Finely crush remaining cookies.
- Sprinkle finely crushed cookies and coconut over butter in pan. Pour milk evenly over coconut; sprinkle with reserved chopped cookies and nuts.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly splash a 15-by-10-inch rimmed baking sheet evenly with water, then line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, stir together cookie crumbs, sugar, and butter until combined. Evenly press onto bottom and up sides of prepared baking sheet. Bake, rotating halfway through, until firm, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack; cool, about 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle cooled crust evenly with pecans and chocolate. Pour condensed milk over the top, spreading to cover completely (do not let it drip over the edges). Sprinkle with coconut.
