Ingredients

1 (14.3 ounce) package Oreo cookies (divided)
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Steps:

Set aside 12 Oreo cookies from the package.
Crumble the rest of the whole Oreos using a blender or rolling pin and set aside 1/3 cup crushed Oreos. We like to leave the centers in, but you can remove them if you want. Leaving in the oreo centers gives the crumbs a better taste.
In another mixing bowl combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar with beaters. Fold in the crushed Oreos until it is well combined.
Place 12 cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Add one Oreo to the bottom of each cupcake liner.
Evenly scoop the cream cheese mixture into each liner, filling each cup about 3/4 full. Press down with a spoon so the mixture will surround the Oreo on the bottom.
Sprinkle the 1/3 cup crushed cookies on top of the cheesecakes and press down so they will stay.
Freeze for 3 hours before serving.

Place the Oreos (leave the filling in!) in a blender or food processor until crushed into fine crumbs. Mix the crumbs with melted butter.
Place 24 muffin cup liners in regular muffin tins. Place about a tablespoon of the crumb mixture into each muffin cup and press the crumbs down, covering the entire bottom. If you have extra crumb mixture, add more to each cup until it is all used up.
Soften the cream cheese and beat for 1-2 minutes with an electric mixer. Add 1/2 cup of the milk and mix until smooth. Add the remaining milk and pudding mixes and beat for another minute.
Fold in the Cool Whip until smooth and well combined. Spoon the filling into each muffin cup, filling just barely over the top. I like to use a muffin scoop – it’s just the right size and makes it so easy to scoop the filling evenly!
