IMMUNE BOOSTING MULTI-COLORED BEET SMOOTHIES
This beet smoothie is one of my all-time superfood smoothies. Made with coconut milk, it is delicious, healthy and satisfying.

Steps:
- Place beets, coconut milk, banana, grapes, lime juice, spinach (or kale) and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide it in between 2 glasses and serve immediately.

MY FAVORITE SMOOTHIE
I drink these in the moring with my cereal and sometimes make them later in the day when I'm craving a sweet treat but don't want to eat sweet's. My kids LOVE them - I hope you do too! I have changed the fruit and flavour of yogurt - try peach and mango MMMmmmmm.
