- Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan with graham crackers. In a large bowl, combine the milk and vanilla pudding according to directions on box. Fold in the whipped topping. Spread a layer of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Alternate the graham cracker and pudding layers up to the top of the pan. Cook the container of prepared frosting, uncovered in the microwave for 1 minute on half power. Pour over the top of the cake. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.

My mom has been making this for decades. Everyone loves it!! This is perfect for potlucks and disappears quickly. I am always asked for this favorite recipe... and the best thing is that it is sooo easy!

Steps:
- Prepare the 3 small French Vanilla Pudding with half and half as you would for regular pudding.
- Mix in Cool Whip.
- Alternately layer graham crackers with pudding mix.
- Begin with crackers on the bottom, filling, crackers, filling, and crackers on top.
- Put in fridge over night to soften crackers.
- Frost in the morning with chocolate frosting.
- Keep chilled.

Steps:
- Combine pudding mix and milk, mix well.
- Beat frozen whipped topping in mixture, medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Butter (or spray) 9x13" baking dish.
- Place a layer of whole graham crackers in bottom of dish.
- Spread 1/2 of pudding mixture over crackers.
- Top with 2nd layer of whole graham crackers, spread rest of pudding mixture on top.
- Top with 3rd layer of whole graham crackers.
- Combine milk, cocoa, sugar and salt in medium sauce pan for chocolate topping.
- Allow to boil on stove top for 1 minute, and remove from heat.
- Add butter and vanilla, mixing well, and cool slightly.
- Pour and spread chocolate topping over 3rd layer of graham crackers and refridgerate.
