Steps:
- Mix flour, salt, baking soda, and powder together in a medium size bowl.
- In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar for about 8 minutes until soft and fluffy.
- Add in 1 egg at a time, scraping with each addition.
- Mix buttermilk, vanilla, and oil in a medium bowl until incorporated.
- Slowly, add ½ of the buttermilk mixture to the butter and sugar, followed by ⅓ of the dry ingredients. Stir together and repeat steps until everything is incorporated well.
- Bake for 45 min. at 350°F.
- In a small bowl, stir together the ingredients for the glaze. Flavor if desired.
- Once the cake has cooled slightly, drizzle glaze on and let set.
- Serve.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease and lightly flour a 10" Bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, on the medium speed of an electric mixer, cream the butter and the sugar until fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add the flour in thirds, alternating with the club soda, beating after each addition until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and the lemon zest and mix well.
- Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake 70-80 minutes until golden brown or a cake tester inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
- Let cake cool in pan for 20 minutes.
- Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.

Steps:
- In large mixing bowl, combine first 8 ingredients.
- Add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla, beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.(Batter will be somewhat thin.).
- Pour into greased and floured 10" fluted tube pan, or "bundt cake pan" as I call them.
- Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes, or til toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Dust with powdered sugar.
- Mini bundt cakes take 20-22 minutes.
- Cupcakes take 18-20 minutes.
REALLY MOIST BUNDT CAKE
This recipe is going to be a lemon blueberry cake but this cake can be made in any flavor ,and always comes out very moist. If you want something a little extra add 1/2 cup cream cheese to the batter. Enjoy!

- mix all ingredients together except the blueberries.pour half the batter into a greased bundt pan.sprinkle half the blueberries over the batter and swirl in with a fork. Add remaining batter over top and once again sprinkjle remaining blueberries and twirl in with a fork.Oven should be at 375 degrees.Let bake for one hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.

Steps:
- Choose a golden, white, lemon, or chocolate cake mix and a"corresponding" pudding (lemon or vanilla with the yellow cake mixes, chocolate with the chocolate cake mix) Mix all the ingredients together on low until mixed, then on medium high speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour batter into greased bundt pan (or 2 round 8 inch cake pans) and bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 F.
- Serve with whipped cream, cool whip, or ice cream and fresh berries.
