MARINATED STEAK & PEPPER FAJITAS
These are the best fajitas ever, and a much healthier version of the typically pan-fried fajitas you find in restaurants. I also like to serve them in flatbreads instead of tortillas. -Erin Michniacki, Manhattan, Kansas

FLANK STEAK IN FAJITA MARINADE
Found on-line at Land O Lakes. Marinating the beef simply seals in the great flavors, both spicy and cool, in these steak fajitas. This requires a 4 hour marinading time, not included in prep/cook time.

MEXICAN STEAK FAJITAS
In my Mexican steak fajitas recipe, tender strips of sirloin pick up plenty of spicy flavor from a marinade seasoned with cayenne pepper and cumin. This colorful dish is speedy and satisfying. -Shirley Hilger, Lincoln, Nebraska

SEARED STEAK, PEPPER & ONION FAJITAS (FROM FINE COOKING)
Great weeknight recipe! Goes together quickly and is easy and delicious. I love the crust my cast-iron skillet provides. Sometimes I use Penzey's Southwest seaoning in place of the cumin mixture.
