Steps:
- Crack your eggs or egg whites in a mug, then break them up by mixing them with a fork. Place a napkin or paper towel over the top of the mug, then cook in the microwave for 1 minute.
- When you pull your eggs out of the microwave, they'll be in a fluffy "blob". Break them up with a fork to scramble them, then add your desired toppings.
- Mix once more and you're ready to eat!

- Gently add eggs directly into tomato sauce without breaking the yolks. Cook until eggs are just cooked, 3 to 5 minutes.
