- You will start by ordering a Venti Caramel Macchiato (You can get this hot or iced!)
- Then, ask for White Mocha Sauce instead of Vanilla Syrup
- Also, ask for Mocha Drizzle in place of the Caramel Drizzle (or use both for another exciting creation!)
- Enjoy!
STARBUCKS MARBLE MOCHA MACCHIATO
Now that I have my own espresso machine/milk steamer I can make those $4 drinks at home!!! This is one of mt favorites! Note: the white chocolate syrup in this recipe is the kind of syrup used to flavor coffee, while the regular chocolate is the same thing one would use for topping ice cream.

Steps:
- Steam milk until it reaches 145 degrees F.
- Pour white chocolate syrup into bottom of a coffee mug, followed by freshly brewed espresso.
- Pour in steamed milk.
- Top with Hershey's syrup.
- Stir.
- Enjoy!

CARAMEL MACCHIATO MARBLE CAKE
My friend Ruby got this recipe at Starbucks. We used instant espresso instead of Starbucks Via as the recipe requires, you can also substitute instant cappuccino in mocha or vanilla...delicious. Also original recipe called for evaporated milk in the frosting but I substituted half and half which gave it a better flavor.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare 13 x 9 pan by spraying with Pam and either sprinkle with flour or cover with parchment paper, and spray paper with Pam.
- Make cake batter according to package directions using water. oil & eggs.
- Pour batter into 13 x 9 prepared pan leaving about 1-1/2 cups of batter in mixer bowl.
- Add instant coffee powder to mixer and blend until coffee dissolves.
- Drop dollops of coffee flavored batter on top of batter in pan and marbelize using a butter knife.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes, testing for doneness with a toothpick. (Stick toothpick in toward the center of cake and check for crumbs. If there are no crumbs on pick, cake is done.).
- Frosting: Put brown sugar, half and half, butter, corn syrup and a pinch of salt into a small saucepan and cook on medium heat until it comes to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for five minutes. Add vanilla and pour into mixer bowl and start mixing on slow speed. Add confectioners sugar and mix well until sugar is well combined and frosting has cooled down a bit. It will be thin. When cake has cooled, pour warm glaze over cake and enjoy!

MARBLE MOCHA CHEESECAKE (LIGHT)
This light cheesecake is so delicious. Every time I have baked it, my friends couldn't believe it was light and couldn't wait to have a second--or third piece! Can't go wrong with a R. Reisman recipe!

- Preheat oven to 350°F Spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
- To make crust: in a bowl, stir together all crust ingredients. Press onto bottom and partway up side of prepared pan.
- To make filling: in a food processor, purée all filling ingredients until smooth. Pour into crust.
- To make marble: in a small microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate with water on high in the microwave for 20 seconds. Stir until smooth. Drizzle over cheesecake; using a knife, marble the batter.
- Bake in centre of oven for 40 to 45 minutes or just until centre of cheesecake is still slightly loose. Cool on a wire rack to room temperate. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled.
