- Sprinkle the salt onto a side plate. Rub the rim of the margarita glasses with one of the lime wedges and dip the rims into the salt.
- Mix all ingredients (except the salt and remaining lime wedges) in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into the glasses and garnish with a fresh lime wedge.

- Peel and pit the mangoes and cut them into large chunks. Place the mango in a blender with the water, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth. Taste and add more sugar, if necessary.
- Fill the blender with ice and add the Mango Margarita Mix, tequila, and triple sec. Blend until smooth. Rub the rim of a margarita glass with a lime wedge and dip into Mint Salt to coat rim. Fill glass and enjoy!
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup gray salt or coarse sea salt
- Clean and dry mint and roughly chop. With a mortar and pestle, crush equal parts fresh mint and salt.
- Yield: about 1 cup salt
MANGO MARGARITA
This is my favorite flavored margarita. It is a beautiful color and really is quite delicious. This uses mango nectar not watered down mango juice - you can find it in your Hispanic section of the grocery store if it is not in the juice section. We drink them all the time during the summer. Use the best quality tequila you can afford.... you will thank me later.

- Rim margarita, hurricane-style glass or cocktail glasses with sugar, if inclined.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor if using fresh or frozen mango. Otherwise, pour into cocktail shaker and shake.
- Strain into glasses. Squeeze juice from 1 lime quarter into each drink and garnish glass with lime slice.

- To make Simple Syrup: Combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil; boil 15 minutes or until syrup is reduced to 3/4 cup.
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a blender, cover with lid, and process until smooth.
- Add ice to make 4 cups; process until smooth.

MANGO MARGARITAS
Steps:
- Spread a thin layer of sugar on a saucer. Run 1 lime wedge around rim of 2 margarita or martini glasses. Press rims into sugar on saucer to create narrow sugared edge on each glass.
- In a cocktail shaker or small pitcher, combine tequila, mango nectar, lime juice and ice cubes. Shake or stir vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain equal amounts into each glass. Squeeze juice from 1 lime piece into each drink and drop lime piece in. Serve immediately.

- In a large pitcher, combine mango nector, club soda, and lime juice.
- Stir well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice in a salt-rimmed glass.
SPICY MANGO MARGARITA WITH CHILI LIME
Steps:
- Slice half a lime into 2 thin rounds for garnish and cut an additional piece for the rim of the glasses.
- Shake Tajin, or chili lime salt, into a shallow dish or small plate. Rub a cut lime wedge around the rim of 2 glasses then turn the glasses upside down and place into the Tajin to coat the rim. Let dry while preparing mango margaritas.
- Add all remaining ingredients, except ice, to a blender.
- Puree until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and add lime wedge on the rim. If desired add the ice for margaritas on the rocks, and serve.

- Begin by zesting the limes. Pour the coarse sugar over the lime zest and toss with your fingers to combine. Set aside.
- Throw the mango chunks into a blender. Top off the blender with ice. Pour in the tequila and triple sec. Add the granulated sugar and squeeze in the juice of the limes.
