- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.

- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, brown meat with onions in large nonstick skillet; drain. Stir in tomatoes, ketchup, mustard and 1/2 cup cheese.
- Drain macaroni; place in large bowl. Add butter; toss until melted and macaroni is evenly coated. Stir in egg and 1/2 cup of the remaining cheese. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread meat mixture over macaroni mixture, leaving 1-inch border around edge; sprinkle with remaining cheese.

BACON CHEESEBURGER PIE
This is my version of the Bisquick classic 'Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie'. My hubby loves his bacon and garlic so I've add those ingredients to to the mix. I've found it gives this sometimes bland recipe a new kick. I've even thought of adding 1/4 cup of Bulls Eye barbecue sauce. If anyone tries it, let me know how that turns out. - On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle; transfer to a 9-in. deep-dish pie plate. Trim to 1/2 in. beyond rim of plate; flute edge. Refrigerate 30 minutes. - Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, ketchup, mustard and salt and mix well.
- Press hamburger mixture in bottom and up sides of an ungreased 9 inch pie pan to cover completely.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- While meat mixture is baking, cook bacon until crisp.
- Drain on paper towel, cool, and crumble.
- Discard bacon drippings or save for another recipe.
- In a medium sauce pan, combine water, margarine and garlic salt.
- Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add milk.
- With a fork, stir in potato flakes.
- Then stir in 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Remove partially baked"crust" from oven, pour off any fat.
- Spoon potato mixture into crust evenly.
- Return to oven for another 10-15 minutes or until meat is thoroughly cooked, and potatoes are heated through.
- Remove pie from oven.
- Top with tomato, remaining cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Return to oven, and bake for 5 minutes longer, until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, top with green onions.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
