1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained, juice reserved
1 (6 ounce) package peach flavored Jell-O® mix
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
½ cup butter
½ cup water

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place peaches in bottom of 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle dry peach gelatin over peaches. Sprinkle dry cake mix over gelatin. Cut up butter and distribute over cake mix. Pour 1 cup of reserved peach juice and 1/2 cup of water over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the top is browned.

1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches in heavy syrup, undrained
1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
¾ cup butter, sliced into pats, or more if needed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with margarine.
  • Pour peaches and heavy syrup into the prepared baking dish. Spread cake mix evenly over peaches. Arrange butter pats in even rows on the cake mix.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until top of cake is golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.

1 box yellow cake mix*
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans
2 sticks salted butter

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • Grease a 9"x13" pan.
  • Dump the pie filling, spreading it evenly over the bottom of the pan.
  • Dump the dry cake mix over the pie filling, making sure it's spread evenly all around the pan.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon evenly over the cake mix.
  • Then sprinkle chopped pecans over the cinnamon.
  • Thinly slice 2 sticks of butter over the entire top of the cake.
  • Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour, or until the cake turns a golden brown and the fruit filling is bubbly all around the edges.
  • Serve while warm or at room temperature. Pairs deliciously well with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

I have reversed my diabetes thru exercise and changing my diet. My goal is to make low sugar desserts don't taste like they are and with lots of flavor. I hope you enjoy this...

2 large cans juice packed sliced peaches, drain 1 can(add remaining juice to peaches or use fresh peaches to equal about 5 cups
1/2 c stevia in the raw
1/3 c agave nectar or syrup
3 Tbsp brown sugar, optional
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp each of vanilla and almond emulsion or extract
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 box sugar free yellow cake mix
1/4 c butter, melted
1/4 c coconut oil, melted
2/3 c peach nectar (i buy the single cans in the market's mexican section.)
1 c pecans, walnuts or almonds
TOPPING
fresh whip cream whipped with 1/2 box (small) vanilla sugar free instant pudding, vanilla, and a little agave to sweeten to taste..or vanilla sf ice cream

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9"x13"x2" baking pan with non stick spray. Open and drain peaches or prepare fresh. In a bowl, stir together peaches, Stevia, Agave, cinnamon, vanilla and almond extract and cornstarch.
  • 2. Pour into the prepared pan. Sprinkle top of peaches with brown sugar(optional) I opt for the real thing over the Splenda/brown sugar mix. I won't use it, and with only 3 Tbl of brown sugar(3/4 tsp per serving)for the whole recipe, it's worth the extra flavor. Sprinkle dry SF cake mix evenly over top peaches. Top cake mix with nuts (optional) Melt together peach nectar, butter, and coconut oil. Gently and evenly pour over top of dry cake mix.
  • 3. Bake for 45-50 minutes until light golden brown. Serve warm or cold with sugar free whip cream or vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!

1 cup sifted cake flour
3/4 cup sugar substitute, such as splenda (or One Spoon)
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 large egg, separated
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup water
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 orange, zest of
1/2 cup egg white, at room temp. (whites of 4 lg. eggs or use refrigerated egg whites)
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 1/2 cups sugar-free fat-free frozen whipped topping
1 lb fresh peach, peeled and sliced thin, covered with water
1 tablespoon lemon juice, until ready to use

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325ºF.
  • Lightly coat a 9-in. cake pan with cooking spray. Place the flour, sugar substitute, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix together, then make a well in the middle. Beat together oil, egg yolk, egg substitute, water, vanilla, and orange zest. Pour into flour mixture and blend well. In a large bowl, combine the 1 egg white with the additional 1/2 cup egg whites. Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until the whites have stiff peaks. Gently fold into the flour mixture.
  • Place in the prepared cake pan and bake 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Turn out onto rack to cool completely. Using a serrated knife, slice the cake in half horizontally.
  • Cover with 3/4 of the whipped topping. Place the peaches, leaving a few slices for decoration, on top and cover with top of cake. Decorate the center of the cake with rosettes of whipped topping and decorate with remaining peach slices. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 10 servings.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large skillet or greased baking dish, add the peach pie filling and spread it evenly over the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle the cake mix over the top, being careful to cover all of the pie filling.
  • Slice the butter into small pats (about 16) and spread them out evenly over the top of the cake mixture.

2 cups peach slices in juice, drained
1/4 cup reduced-calorie margarine
1/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour the melted margarine into an 8 x 8 x 2" baking pan, spreading to coat bottom and sides of pan.
  • Arrange peaches in bottom of pan. Place the remaining margarine in food processor; process 10 seconds; add sugar; pulse 20 seconds. Add eggs, vanilla and almond extracts and 2 tablespoons water; process 10 seconds. Scrape down sides of work bowl; add remaining ingredients. Pulse until batter thickens.
  • Spread evenly over peaches.
