GARLIC-PARMESAN CHICKEN WINGS
This buttery garlic-parmesan sauce is so simple and tastes sinfully delicious. A friend baked plain chicken wings for her Super Bowl party but realized at the last minute that she didn't have Tabasco sauce on hand to make Buffalo sauce. She called in a panic, and this is the sauce I advised. All her party guests raved about it. Some reviewers have stated these wings are as good as or better than Wingstop's. We don't have a Wingstop in our area, so I'll take their word for it! (Note: In response to reviewers' recommendations to decrease the amount of butter, this recipe has been adjusted from 1/2 cup to 1/4 cup of butter. Thanks!)

Steps:
- In a small glass bowl, melt butter in microwave.
- Whisk into butter the garlic powder, onion salt and pepper.
- Arrange hot, fresh-baked nude wings on a serving platter and drizzle with butter mixture.
- Top with parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Cut the chicken wings at the joints and discard the tip. Season the chicken with garlic powder, cumin, oregano and salt. Fry the wings in oil til crisp and done.
- Note: if baking these wings, bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn at the 30 minute mark.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the garlic powder, salt, onion powder and black pepper.
- Pour butter mixture over the chicken pieces and mix in. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the chicken. Serve immediately.

- Place chicken wing pieces in a medium bowl and coat with melted butter. (If chicken is cold, butter will tend to solidify. Alternatively, each piece can be dipped into melted butter, then pressed into coating.)
- On plate, mix crushed pork rinds, shredded parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
- Press each chicken wing piece into the parmesan cheese mixture until well coated. Place in a single layer on a rack on top of a baking sheet.
