1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning, divided
2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
1-1/2 cups chopped fresh spinach
1 small red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
3/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Steps:

  • Place crust on an ungreased baking sheet; spread with pizza sauce and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning. Top with chicken, spinach, onion, olives, cheeses and remaining lemon-pepper seasoning., Bake at 450° for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and cheese is melted.

cooking spray
1 ½ cups pizza sauce, or to taste
1 teaspoon oregano
1 (12 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) package sliced pepperoni
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Spread fries onto a baking sheet and coat with cooking spray.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until crispy, 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Mix pizza sauce and oregano together in a bowl; pour over fries. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over sauce mixture and top with pepperoni slices. Sprinkle parsley over sauce and pepperoni.
  • Turn the oven to broil.
  • Broil fries until cheese is browned and bubbling, 2 to 4 minutes.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 275°C/530°F, or as high as it will go. Place oven shelf in top third of oven.
  • Stretch dough to form pizza base and slide onto baking pan.
  • Follow topping directions below, then place in oven.
  • Turn pizza at 4 minutes so it cooks evenly, and check at 8 minutes (even if recipe says 10 minutes). Take out early if cheese gets too brown.

16 oz pizza dough (, homemade or store-bought)
2 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (, divided)
3 garlic cloves (, minced)
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp dried thyme
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
6 oz fresh mozzarella (, chopped into pieces (regular low moisture mozzarella would be fine too))
4 oz feta (, crumbled)
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper ((any variety))
1 cup diced grape tomatoes (, halved)
1/3 cup chopped kalamata olives (or black olives)
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place pizza stone in oven and rest 30 minutes. Meanwhile combine 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil and garlic in a small bowl.
  • Spread and shape pizza crust into a 12 - 13 inch round over a sheet of lightly floured parchment paper, while creating a rim along edge of dough. Brush pizza dough evenly with olive oil mixture.
  • Sprinkle evenly with oregano, basil, thyme (leaving rim uncovered with herbs) and season lightly with salt and pepper. Top evenly with mozzarella and feta cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven 12 - 15 minutes until crust is golden. Meanwhile, saute peppers in a skillet in 1 Tbsp olive oil over medium high heat until tender (you could also just add them on without sauteing).
  • Remove pizza from oven and immediately top with peppers, tomatoes, olives, onion and parsley. Cut into slices and serve.

1/3 cup Homemade Pizza Sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cups baby spinach or chopped spinach
1 pinch each salt and garlic powder
4 Kalamata olives, halved (optional)
1/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts
1 handful red onion slices
4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
4 basil leaves (optional)

Steps:

  • Follow the Best Pizza Dough, Thin Crust Pizza Dough or Pizza Oven Dough recipes to prepare the dough. (This takes about 15 minutes to make and 45 minutes to rest.)
  • Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 500°F. OR preheat your pizza oven (here's the pizza oven we use).
  • Make the Homemade Pizza Sauce. (You'll use about ⅓ cup for the pizza; reserve the remaining sauce and refrigerate for up to 1 week.)
  • Prepare the toppings: Warm the olive oil in small skillet. Add the spinach, 1 pinch salt, and 1 pinch garlic powder. Sauté over medium heat for 2 minutes until the spinach is wilted. Half the Kalamata olives, chop the artichoke hearts, thinly slice the red onion, and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
  • When the oven is ready, dust a pizza peel with cornmeal or semolina flour. (If you don't have a pizza peel, you can use a rimless baking sheet or the back of a rimmed baking sheet. But a pizza peel is well worth the investment!) Stretch the dough into a circle; see How to Stretch Pizza Dough for instructions. Then gently place the dough onto the pizza peel.
  • Spread a thin layer of the pizza sauce over the dough. Add the mozzarella cheese. Top with the spinach, olives, artichoke, red onion, and tomatoes. Sprinkle with the feta cheese and dried oregano. Add a few pinches of kosher salt and some fresh ground pepper, to taste.
  • Use the pizza peel to carefully transfer the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone. Bake the pizza until the cheese and crust are nicely browned, about 5 to 7 minutes in the oven (or 1 to 2 minutes in a pizza oven).
  • Allow the pizza to cool for a minute or two before adding the basil on top (whole leaves, lightly torn, or thinly sliced). Slice into pieces and serve immediately.

4 medium russet potatoes
2 Tbsps ghee or clarified butter
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
4 green onions, thinly sliced, or a small bunch of fresh chives, chopped
1/2 cup freshly shredded cheddar
4 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees f.
  • Scrub and wash your potatoes really well with a brush.
  • Prick potatoes a few times with a fork or sharp knife and wrap tightly in parchment paper as shown.
  • Roast in your preheated until soft, about 1 hour.
  • Allow to cool just enough to handle.
  • Carefully unwrap potatoes, slice down the middle, add a half Tablespoon of ghee/butter to each, fluff and mash with a fork, then season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
  • Top with cheddar, crumbled bacon, a big dollop of Greek yogurt, and green onions/chives.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
