1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise or MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Mix coating mix and parsley on plate. Spread both sides of each chicken breast with mayo; dip 1 at a time, in coating mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
  • Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 min. or until done (165ºF).

Steps:

  • First, pound chicken to tenderize, and lay single layer in 13x9 baking dish.
  • Combine mayo and parmesan cheese and stir until blended. Spread mixture on top of chicken. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  • Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. ENJOY!
