Wow, talk about an easy salad to make this is it! Now, my Grammie didn't have a name on this recipe so I just gave it a name. I remember eating this jello when I was a kid. Steps:
- 1. Gather together your 4 ingredients.
- 2. Sprinkle dry jello out of box over the top and mix. Fold in the cool whip.
- 3. Mix pineapple and cottage cheese together and chill. (Grammie says that the lime jello or orange pineapple were her favorite)

I could eat the whole bowl by myself! This is a great recipe for those who don't like Jell-O since you use it dry and it gives a totally different texture than traditional Jell-O salads. Hint: if you use orange flavored Jell-O use mandarin oranges instead of pineapple.

Steps:
- Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in boiling water. Chill for 30 minutes.
