- Last Of The Clan. Let's wrap up the Itachi list on another positive note. In his younger days, Itachi was a doting big brother to Sasuke, though he didn't always have the chance to show it.
- The Weasel. For those unaware, "Itachi" is Japanese for "weasel," and that's not a heroic name. Weasels live natively in Japan, and they were introduced to Hokkaido.

- ANBU Man. In his youth, in the years leading up to the Uchiha slaughter, Itachi was a member of the ANBU. This is an elite corps of ninjas, and Itachi joined this group at a remarkably young age.
- Susano'o In All Its Glory. When you've got the Mangekyo Sharingan like Itachi does, you can use all kinds of terrifying jutsu and techniques. Author Masashi Kishimoto drew heavily upon real-life Japanese mythology for the appearance and names of his material, from Tsukuyomi to Susano'o and Tsunade, among others.
- Blood Moon. Fans saw a few flashbacks to the night of the Uchiha slaughter, when Itachi (under orders) massacred all of his family members save Sasuke.
- I Am Here. To keep a slightly lower profile, members of the Akatsuki travel with conical straw hats, complete with white streamers to hide their identity.
