TREASURE COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
• In a small bowl mix cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder.
• In a large mixing bowl, beat condensed milk and margarine until smooth.
• Add cracker crumb mixture and blend well. Stir in coconut, chocolate chips, and pecans.
• Drop by rounded teaspoon on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

HOLIDAY TREASURE COOKIES

Steps:

• HEAT oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheets with no-stick cooking spray.
• COMBINE graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder in medium bowl; set aside.
• BEAT sweetened condensed milk and butter in large bowl until smooth; add reserved crumb mixture, mixing well. Stir in coconut, chocolate pieces and holiday bits. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
• BAKE 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute; transfer from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.

ISLAND TREASURE COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375. In small bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually blend in flour mixture. Stir in coconut, nuts and chocolate. Drop dough by slightly rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Let stand 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cook completely.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder; set aside.
• Beat EAGLE BRAND® and butter until smooth; add reserved crumb mixture, mixing well. Stir in coconut, chocolate pieces and holiday bits. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
• Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute; transfer from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Store leftovers tightly covered at room temperature.

TREASURE COOKIES

Steps:

• In a large bowl, beat milk and butter until blended. Combine the cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder; add to milk mixture and mix well. Stir in the coconut, chips and walnuts. , Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks.
