Hersheys Doubly Chocolate Cookies Food

HERSHEY'S DOUBLY CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Steps:

• 1. In mixing bowl, beat margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
• 2. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
• 3. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts
• 4. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
• 5. SUBSTITUTIONS: Very rarely do I make this recipe as is. I usually omit the nuts and use some kind of mint chip. Andeas, Hershey dark chocolate mint, Andeas Pepermint stick chips or white chips

HERSHEY'S DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MINT COOKIES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F
• Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, beating well. Stir in mint chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
• Bake 8 to 9 minutes or just until set; do not overbake. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.

HERSHEY'S CHEWY CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Steps:

• Cream butter and sugar in large bowl.
• Add eggs and vanilla; blend well.
• Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
• Blend into creamed mixture drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet bake at 350° for 10 minutes (Do not over bake. Cookies will be soft. They will puff during baking, flatten upon cooling.) cool on cookie sheet until set, about 1 minute remove to wire rack to cool.

HERSHEY'S DOUBLE CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.
• Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
• Add to butter mixture. Mix well until you have a smooth chocolate batter.
• Stir in chips and nuts, if applicable.
• Drop rounded tablespoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
• Bake 8-10 minutes or just until set.
• Cool slightly after removing from oven.
• Remove cookies from cookie sheet to a wire cookie rack.
• Cool completely.
