HEARTY PIZZA LOAF

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Generously grease loaf pan, 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2 or 9x5x3 inches; coat with Parmesan cheese.
- Mix milk, oil, basil, red pepper and egg in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides and bottom of loaf from pan; remove from pan and place top side up on wire rack. Cool completely before slicing. Store tightly wrapped in refrigerator up to 2 days.

I'll always be thankful for the help my mother-in-law gave me when I first moved out to the farm. The sure-to-please recipes made a big adjustment easier. Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix egg, pizza sauce, cornflakes, mushrooms, onion, salt and pepper. Add ground beef; mix well. Pat half of the meat mixture into a 9-in. square pan. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over top. Cover with the remaining meat. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until no pink remains. Drain. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let stand a few minutes until cheese melts. Cut into squares to serve. , CHEDDAR LOAF: Substitute a can of tomato sauce for the pizza sauce and shredded cheddar cheese for mozzarella.

STUFFED MEATLOAF
This Stuffed Meatloaf is made with ground beef, Italian sausage, and pizza seasonings and stuffed with cheese for the BEST Meatloaf recipe.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix together eggs, bread crumbs, salt, oregano, parsley, parmesan, and 1/3 cup pizza sauce together until well combined.
- Add in ground beef and sausage and gently combine, being careful to not overmix your meatloaf mixture.
- Flatten and top with 2/3 cup mozzarella or provolone cheese.
- Roll meat around cheese and shape into a loaf.
- Place meat on broiler pan or loaf pan and top with remaining sauce and cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the center reaches 165 degrees.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes and then slice and serve.

PIZZA LOAF
This is a very quick and easy recipe that uses a french loaf stuffed with various pizza toppings to make a "rolled up pizza". It tastes great dipped in pizza sauce!

Steps:
- Roll out the french loaf dough on a greased cookie sheet.
- Combine egg yolks or egg beaters, parmesan, oil, parsley, oregano, and garlic powder. Brush mixture over dough.
- Sprinkle with pepperoni, cheese, mushrooms, & green peppers.
- Roll up long ways and cut about 5 slits in the top to help the inside bake evenly.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Warm up pizza sauce to use as a dip.

HEARTY MEATLOAF
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients until everything seems to be blended evenly.
- Place the loaf in a roasting pan & form the meat to the shape of the pan. Make sure the meat does not touch the sides of the pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Then firmly press down on the meat. If the juice is clear squeeze ketchup on the top & continue to bake for another 10 to 15 minutes or until the ketchup as a slight crisp look. If juice wasn't clear continue to cook until it is then finish the steps.
