Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350'.
- In a medium skillet, add beef and onion and cook until beef is no longer pink and onion is translucent.
- Drain off fat and set aside.
- While beef is browning, in a large pot, cook pasta according to package directions. (I usually cook it a minute less than directed because it will cook while in the oven as well).
- When pasta is cooked drain and add rest of the ingredients to the pot, reserving 1/4 of the shredded cheese (about 1/2 cup) and blend well.
- Transfer above mixture to a large buttered baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining 1/4 of cheese.
- Cover and bake at 350' for 20-30 minutes. Uncover the last 5-10 minutes and bake until hot and bubbly and cheese on top is melted.

Steps:
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef, season with salt and pepper and cook, breaking the beef into small pieces with a wooden spoon, until well browned, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a medium bowl, leaving behind any drippings, and reduce the heat to medium.
- To the same skillet, add the mushrooms, season with salt and cook until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer the cooked mushrooms to the bowl with the beef. Add the oil, paprika, garlic, carrot and onion to the skillet and cook until the carrots are soft and the onion is lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato paste and cook until the tomato paste has toasted and is evenly coating the vegetables, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the broth, Worcestershire and 1 1/2 cups of water to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and stir in the pasta. Cover and cook according to package directions until just al dente. Uncover, stir in the reserved beef and mushrooms and cook until heated through. Remove from the heat and stir in the cream cheese, sour cream, chives and parsley until the cream cheese melts and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.

Steps:
- Season the short ribs all over with salt and pepper.
- Turn the pressure cooker on to the Sauté setting. Add the olive oil to the pot and heat until shimmering. Working in batches, add the short ribs and sear on all sides until browned, 2-3 minutes per side. Once all of the short ribs have been seared, return to the pot, nestling to fit in an even layer.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce and Campbell's® Tomato Soup into the pot over the short ribs. Secure the lid and turn off the Sauté setting, then set to pressure cook on high for 1 hour.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, water, and mirin until smooth.
- Release the pressure valve until all the steam has been released. Transfer the short ribs to a bowl and skim off any fat from the surface of the braising liquid. Turn on the Sauté setting and stir the cornstarch slurry into the braising liquid. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 3 minutes. Return the short ribs to the pressure cooker and turn to coat in the sauce.
- Serve the short ribs over white rice and garnish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.

- Place the hamburger in a large skillet with high sides (mine is 10 inches in diameter and about 3 inches deep), over fairly high heat. There's no need to add oil, and you can start with the skillet cold. Use a heat proof spatula to break up the meat, and move it around from time to time until it's browned. It doesn't have to be completely cooked at this stage, as it will continue to cook.
- Add the onion and garlic, and stir for a couple of minutes, until the onions start to turn translucent. Now add the tomato paste, along with the basil, oregano, pepper and salt and and cook, stirring, for a minute or so (this mellows that harsh rawness). No worries if a dark crust is starting to form on the bottom of the pan ... that means flavour!
- Stir in the can of tomatoes with their juices, scraping the bottom of the pan to loosen and incorporate all the goodness there into the mixture. Add the potatoes and water and stir again. Cover the pan and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 25 minutes, checking a couple of times to make sure it's not sticking to the pan. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary. Check a potato cube for doneness — ideally they'll be cooked through but not soft, but really, it's how you like your potatoes that counts! If the potatoes are still too firm, cook for about 5 minutes more, adding a bit more water if the mixture seems too dry. If the mix seems too juicy, finish cooking with the lid off.
