- Instructions Heat oven to 350°F. Slice rolls in half horizontally; remove tops. Place roll bottoms in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan; spread with apricot preserves. Layer each with one folded ham slice and gouda. Replace roll tops. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl; stir in the minced onion, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Brush mixture over roll tops. Sprinkle with parmesan and red pepper flakes if desired. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the cheeses are melted.

These Ham & Gouda Sliders are crowd pleasers. Melty gouda cheese and juicy ham come together with a buttery poppy seed topping that is simply amazing.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9X13 inch baking pan with foil, and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Open the rolls from their package, slide out the tray, and slice them in half, where you have all their tops in one "sheet", and all their bottoms in one "sheet". Place the bottoms in their sheet like form in the prepared baking dish.
- Layer half of the roast beef on the rolls. Then layer all of the cheese. Top cheese with remaining half of ham. Top with the sheet of the tops. Set aside.
- Melt the butter in a small microwave safe bowl, about a minute. Whisk in the Worcestershire Sauce, mustard, poppy seeds, onion, salt, and pepper. Evenly pour this over the tops of the rolls. Cover with foil, and allow to rest (soak of the goodies!) for 10 minutes.
- Bake covered for 20 minutes, remove the foil, and bake for another 5 to 8 minutes. Slice into individual sliders, and serve!

- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion; sauté 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook until onion is very tender and golden, stirring frequently, about 25 minutes longer. Season with salt and pepper. Cool slightly.
- Butter 2 bread slices. Place bread, buttered side down, on platter. Divide onion, ham, cheese, and frisée between bread slices. Top each with another bread slice; butter top slices.
- Heat another large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add sandwiches and cook until bread is golden brown and cheese melts, pressing occasionally with spatula, about 4 minutes per side. Cut sandwiches in half diagonally and serve immediately.
