My mom made this for us kids. It uses everyday ingredients, its simple yet filling. We ate it with bread & butter. This is dinner before there was hamburger helper.

Steps:
- Cook ground beef and onion. Drain.
- Add all ingredients, salt & pepper to taste.
- If one can of tomato sauce is not enough add another one depends on how saucy you like it.
- Cover and cook until potatos are done.
- 1/2 an hour to 45 minute.

Steps:
- Cook and stir ground beef and onion in large skillet until meat is brown and onion is tender.
- Drain off any fat.
- Stir in garlic, 1 1/2 cups water, soy sauce, and molasses; heat to boiling.
- Add green beans and heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 15 minutes.
- Blend cornstarch and 1/4 cup cold water; stir gradually into meat mixture.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
- Boil and stir 1 minute.
- Serve over rice.
- Garnish with onion rings and pass additional soy sauce, if desired.

- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until onion is softened and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add in salsa, Greek seasoning, pepper, and salt. Cook and stir until well combined, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer to desired thickness, about 20 minutes. Add water if sauce becomes too thick.

- Mix 2 Tbsp. dressing, A.1. and crushed pepper until blended. Pour over meat in shallow dish; stir to evenly coat meat. Refrigerate 30 min.
- Cook and stir meat, in batches, in large skillet on medium-high heat 2 min. or until done. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add remaining dressing, beans and corn to skillet; cook and stir on medium-high heat 3 min. Stir in meat, onions and ginger; cook and stir 2 min. or until onions are crisp-tender and meat is heated through.

- Crumble ground beef into a large frying pan with 2 tbsp of the butter. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring until browned. Remove meat from pan. Set aside.
- Add remaining 2 tbsp butter to pan, along with onions and carrots. Cook, stirring, over medium-high heat until carrots are tender-crisp, about 6-8 minutes.
- Mix in garlic and green beans. Cook 1 minute longer. Return ground beef to pan.
- Blend soy sauce, cornstarch, salt and ginger until smooth. Mix into ground beef mixture.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Add bean sprouts and cook about 1 minute longer.
- Serve with brown rice.
