1-ounce Pinnacle Cake Vodka
1-ounce Absolut Vanilla Vodka
1-ounce Disaronno Amaretto
5-ounces Coffee Mate French Vanilla Creamer
ice to serve

Steps:

  • Prepare a martini glass by swirling in a shallow plate of liquid or brushing on sugar cookie icing. Then sprinkle with colored sprinkles. Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients, except those for garnish. Shake until combined. Pour into a prepared martini glass. Serve and enjoy.

1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cream margarine and sugar. Add milk, egg, and vanilla and stir well. Add flour and baking powder. Chill. On well-floured board, roll out and cut into shapes. Put onto greased baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar or decorate with sprinkles. Bake for 5 minutes. Cool on racks.

1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Steps:

  • Cream Crisco and sugar.
  • Add eggs and vanilla.
  • Mix in dry ingredients.
  • Touch dough with your finger. If any dough sticks to your finger, add flour a little at a time until when you touch the dough, none comes off on your finger.
  • On a lightly floured linen towel, roll out dough to between 1/8 and 1/4-inch thick.
  • bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until edges of cookies BEGIN to turn golden brown.
  • Let cool on cookie sheet.
  • Decorate as desired.

1 cup butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Steps:

  • Cream sugar and butter, add egg.
  • Blend dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture.
  • Form two balls and refridgerate atleast 1 hour.
  • Roll out on floured wax paper and cut with cookie cutter.
  • Bake at 375 for 7 minutes.

Yield 6 dozen 2-1/2-inch cookies or 1-1/2 dozen 4-1/4-inch cookies.

2 cups sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
ICING:
4 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 to 2/3 cup evaporated milk
Assorted food coloring and decorations of your choice

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream the sugar, butter, vanilla and salt. Add eggs and mix well. Combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda; add to creamed mixture. Chill until firm, about 1 hour., On a floured surface, roll dough to 1/4-in. thickness. Cut shapes with cookie cutters; place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 375° for 7-12 minutes (depending on size) or until light golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool completely., In a large bowl, combine the confectioners' sugar, extract and enough milk to achieve desired consistency. Tint with food coloring. Decorate cookies as desired.

1 lb butter or 1 lb margarine
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly grease cookie sheet.
  • (Treadwell prefers to spray with commercial nonstick spray.) Cream butter and sugar well.
  • Add eggs and vanilla.
  • Add 2 cups flour, then soda, salt and cream of tartar.
  • Add remaining 2 cups flour.
  • Drop generous tablespoons of dough onto cookie sheet.
  • Butter bottom of flat-bottomed glass.
  • Dip glass bottom into sugar; flatten cookie dough.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until very lightly brown.

1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup shortening
5 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup buttermilk
½ cup colored sugar for decoration

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, cream the brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, and the shortening. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Alternate adding the buttermilk with the dry ingredients.
  • Roll dough into walnut sized balls and roll the balls in colored sugar if desired. Place them 2 inches apart on an unprepared cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove to cool on wire racks.
