CHOCOLATE PIXIES (MODIFIED WITH COCOA POWDER)

Chocolate Pixies (Modified With Cocoa Powder) image

Mmmmm..... Chocolate Pixes. If a brownie were a cookie, this is what it would look like. Amazingly delicious. My mom used to fill the cookie jar with these. I revamped the recipe with cocoa powder, which is always available in my kitchen.

GRAMS CHOCOLATE PIXIES

This cookie is chewy and delicious. Was the favorite cookie of all my Grammys grandchildren. This recipe comes out best when mixed by hand. Mixing after each step does not toughen the dough. A foolproof recipe for the best chocolate cookie ever. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Please let me know what you think.
