GRANDMA'S CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
This old-fashioned style of peanut butter fudge is not that easy to find out there. The ones I tend to run across always seem to be the soft, creamy version, which is not what I'm into. If it's going to feel like peanut butter in my mouth, then what's the point? No, I want something that feels dense and firm in my fingers but will almost instantly liquefy in when it hits my tongue.

Steps:
- Sift sugar through a fine-mesh strainer into a large bowl.
- Heat butter and peanut butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk to combine and cook until bubbles appear on the edges, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in salt and vanilla extract. Pour over powdered sugar in the bowl. Mix together using a spatula until smooth.
- Spread mixture into an 8x8-inch baking pan lined with plastic wrap. Wrap fully and refrigerate until firm enough to cut but not too hard, 1 to 3 hours.
- Unwrap fudge and cut into small cubes. Let warm up on the counter before cutting if needed.

GRAMMA CONNIE'S HOT FUDGE SAUCE
Super easy, smooth, chocolatey and only 5 ingredients! This hot fudge sauce is great over ice cream, or anything else. It tastes like chocolate fudge in liquid form! It keeps in the fridge for at least a month. But it will be gone long before that. It also uses ingredients I almost always have in my pantry. So it can be made anytime.

Steps:
- In a saucepan over low heat melt the butter and chocolate chips.
- Once melted add the evaporated milk and powdered sugar. Mix well until smooth.
- Turn the heat to medium high and bring to a boil. Stir constantly. Once at a boil, reduce heat to medium low and boil slowly for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from the heat and add the vanilla. Stir well and cool.
- Can be served warm over ice cream or kept in the refrigerator for later use.

GRAMMA'S FUDGE
Been eating this fudge for 40+ years. After gramma could no longer make it I took over. Family tradition to always have this fudge at the holidays.

Steps:
- In large pan mix sugar, milk and margarine.
- Boil until soft ball stage, about 8 minutes of a rolling boil.
- Remove from heat and quickly add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Spread in 9x13 pan greased.
- Let set.
- Makes about 5 pounds.

Steps:
- Put chocolate chips, butter, chopped walnuts and vanilla in large bowl.
- Boil sugar, marshmallows, and condensed milk for 6 minutes.
GRAMMA CLINE'S CHRISTMAS FUDGE
Steps:
- Place chopped nuts and chocolate chips and butter in large bowl.
- Place milk, sugar, and marshmallows in large pot over high heat.
- When the mixture begins to boil stir constantly for 6 minutes.
- Then remove from heat and pour into first bowl.
- Stir until all ingredients are dissolved.
- Pour into 8 x 8 inch foil lined square dish.
- When cool cut into pieces.
GRANDMA'S CHOCOLATE FUDGE FROSTING
Another recipe from my grandma. I still remember making this with her as a little girl. Rich and creamy!

- Bring to a boil, while stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add chips.
- With a wire whip beat until creamy and cooled.
