GOLDEN OREO TRUFFLES NO BAKE
Oreo Truffles are so easy to make and are a great no bake seasonal, holiday or birthday dessert. The super soft truffle center with fan favorite Golden Oreo's are coated in melty chocolate making the crunch (and the calories!) so satisfying. These Oreo balls are also easy to make in any other Oreo flavor making variations a snap!

Steps:
- Add cookies to a food processor and process for 10 seconds until fine crumbs form. Add softened cream cheese and vanilla extract. Process for an additional 10 seconds until dough turns into a ball.
- Set out a baking sheet with parchment paper. Check to make sure baking sheet will fit in freezer and make space. Use a ta
- Use a tablespoon-size portion scoop (or cookie scoop) to measure dough into balls and shape with hands to smooth.
- Freeze Oreo Truffles for 30 minutes to harden and firm dough before going to the chocolate step.
- Microwave chocolate for 90 seconds at 50% power, stirring every 15-20 seconds until melted. Other melting methods below. If your chocolate is too thick, add a tiny amount (1/2 tsp) to your chocolate and mix until smooth.
- Dip balls into dipping chocolate and toss to coat. Let excess chocolate drip off. Place balls onto lined baking sheet and continue till all are done.
- Sprinkle truffles with decorate sprinkles while still wet.
- Freeze oreo truffles to harden chocolate, approx 20 minutes.
- Keep stored in air tight container in fridge. Tuffles should keep up to 2 weeks in fridge or 2 months in freezer.

This is a major hit at my house! Made them for Christmas and also for my mother on Mother's Day! Hint: when mixing Oreos® and cream cheese, do it with your clean hands! Store remaining Oreo® balls in a covered container in the refrigerator.

- Mix cookie crumbs and cream cheese together in a bowl; roll into balls and arrange on the prepared baking sheet. Freeze cookie balls until solid, about 1 hour.

- Using a food processor or blender, grind cookies to a ground coffee texture.
- Knead cream cheese and cookies until thoroughly mixed.
- Make large ball and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
- Roll into walnut size balls and place on wax paper.
- Place in freezer for 45 minutes.
- In double-boiler, melt white almond bark.
- Use a toothpick to dip balls in white almond bark and coat thoroughly.
- Place on wax-paper.
- Let cool.
- Store in an airtight container, in refrigerator.
- Enjoy!
