Guaranteed crowd pleaser and easy to make ahead of any occasion!

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 small pkg. jello (any flavor)
9 cups boiling water
4 cups sugar
4 cups water
16 oz. bottle lemon juice
2 46- oz. cans pineapple juice
2 large bottles Ginger Ale

Steps:

  • Dissolve jello in boiling water and set aside.
  • Boil sugar and water and add to jello.
  • Cool and add lemon juice and pineapple juice.
  • Mix all together and freeze.
  • When ready to use, slush up and add 2 large bottles Ginger Ale.

3 (3 ounce) packages fruit flavored Jell-O® mix
4 cups white sugar
13 cups boiling water
2 (46 fluid ounce) cans pineapple juice
1 (16 ounce) bottle lemon juice concentrate
2 (2 liter) bottles ginger ale, chilled

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine gelatin and sugar. Stir in boiling water until mixture is dissolved. Stir in pineapple juice and lemon juice concentrate. Divide into 2 containers, and freeze until solid.
  • To serve, place gelatin mixture in punch bowl, and chop into pieces. Pour in ginger ale.

8 cups chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb
8 cups water
2-1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons strawberry gelatin powder
2 cups boiling water
2 cups pineapple juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
6 cups ginger ale, chilled
Optional: Fresh pineapple wedges, sliced strawberries and sliced lemons

Steps:

  • In a Dutch oven, bring rhubarb and water to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Drain, reserving liquid (save rhubarb for another use). , In a large bowl, dissolve sugar and gelatin powder in boiling water. Stir in pineapple and lemon juices. Stir in rhubarb liquid; refrigerate until chilled. , Just before serving, pour into a punch bowl and stir in ginger ale. If desired, garnish with fruit.

I got this recipe from the caterer at a friends wedding. This is a big crowd pleaser. My daughter requests this punch every year for her birthday. Needs to freeze atleast overnight, preferably 24 hours, so plan ahead!

1 (6 ounce) package Jello gelatin, any flavor (I usually use cherry since most kids prefer red)
4 cups boiling water
2 cups sugar
0.5 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade
1 (48 ounce) can pineapple juice
4 1/2 cups tap water
1 liter ginger ale or 1 liter Sprite

Steps:

  • Mix jello and sugar with boiling water until dissolved completely.
  • Add lemonade and pineapple juice. Mix well.
  • Add tap water and mix well.
  • Pour mixture into freezer safe containers or gallon freezer bags. Place in freezer over night.
  • Take out to thaw 2 hours before serving.
  • If using containers, use butter knife to break up. If using baggies, squish bags to break up.
  • Place punch in punch bowl.
  • Pour ginger ale over top of punch, stirring to make mixture slushy.
  • Depending on how slushy you want your punch, will be the amount of gingerale or Sprite you add.

disposable glove
2 ½ cups water, divided
2 ½ (.25 ounce) packages gelatin powder
½ cup water
½ cup white sugar
2 ounces fresh ginger root, peeled and thinly sliced
2 cinnamon sticks
5 whole cloves
2 quarts cranberry juice, chilled
2 quarts sparkling water, chilled
1 ¼ cups vodka, chilled

Steps:

  • Wash and rinse the outside of a large disposable glove. Turn glove inside out.
  • Pour 1/4 cup cold water into a large bowl and sprinkle gelatin powder on top; let stand for 1 minute.
  • Bring remaining 2 1/2 cups water to a boil. Pour over gelatin mixture, stirring constantly until granules are completely dissolved. Allow to cool slightly.
  • Pour gelatin mixture into the glove using a funnel. Ensure that the liquid has completely filled all of the fingers. Use a rubber band to tie the top closed. Place on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper and freeze until solid, 1 to 2 days.
  • Combine 1/2 water, sugar, ginger, cinnamon sticks, and cloves in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Pass through a sieve to catch ginger pieces and spices. Let cool.
  • Combine juice, sparkling water, and vodka in a large punch bowl. Stir in 1/2 of the ginger syrup. Add more syrup to reach desired flavor.
  • Remove frozen hand from the freezer and dip briefly in warm water. Cut off the top of the glove. Peel away the glove carefully. Immerse the frozen hand in the punch before serving.

1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice

Steps:

  • Mix Jello with boiling water till dissolved.
  • Mix in all other ingredients except ginger ale.
  • Take four cups of mixture and put in a 6 Cup ring mold- cover and freeze to make an ice ring.
  • Chill the rest of the mixture and the ginger ale.
  • To assemble in punch bowl, unmold ice ring, place in bowl, pour equal amounts of chilled juice mixture and ginger ale over and serve.
  • This recipe makes about 2 gallons.

6 fresh or frozen tejocotes (1/4 lb.), pitted, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 cinnamon stick
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin, divided
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
3/4 cup chopped apples
12 prunes, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Bring water, tejocotes and cinnamon stick to boil in saucepan; cook 10 min. or until liquid is reduced to 3 cups. Drain tejocotes, reserving tejocotes and cooking liquid; discard cinnamon stick.
  • Add 1-3/4 cups reserved liquid to 1 pkg. gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in tejocotes and remaining fruit. Pour into 10-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 30 min. or until gelatin is set but not firm.
