6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
12 fresh strawberries, trimmed
12 green grapes
12 fresh pineapple cubes (1 inch)

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, sour cream and extract until smooth. Refrigerate until serving. On 6 wooden skewers, alternately thread strawberries, grapes and pineapple. Serve with dip.

1 medium pear, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
24 grapes (about 1/4 pound)
24 fresh strawberries
COCONUT DIP:
1-1/2 cups fat-free vanilla yogurt
4-1/2 teaspoons sweetened shredded coconut
4-1/2 teaspoons reduced-sugar orange marmalade

Steps:

  • Toss apple and pear with lemon juice. Divide fruit into 12 portions and thread onto wooden skewers. Combine dip ingredients in a small bowl; serve with the kabobs.

2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup powdered sugar
zest from one small lemon
2 nectarines, cut into 16 segments
2 plums, cut into 16 segments
15 blackberries
1/4 cantaloupe, cut into 24 cubes

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, whip the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, and powdered sugar with a hand mixer until light and fluffy - 5 minutes. Stir in the lemon zest. Transfer to a small serving bowl.
  • Cut up the fruit, and place into individual bowls.
  • Gather 8 bamboo skewers. Thread the fruit onto the skewers in the following order: melon, nectarine, plum, blackberry, melon, nectarine, plum, blackberry, and melon.
