EASY BAKED FROZEN OKRA RECIPE
A super simple stir, dump, and bake recipe for delicious, Indian spiced crunchy baked frozen okra!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, add frozen sliced okra, olive oil and all spices. Stir until okra is fully coated.
- Bake for 15 minutes, and using a spatula, flip over okra slices to evenly brown both sides. Continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until okra has reached desired crunchy texture.
SPICY ROASTED OKRA

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Toss the okra with olive oil to coat.
- In a small bowl combine coriander, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt.
- Toss okra with spiced salt mixture.
- Spread okra on a rimmed baking sheet and roast for 12 to 15 minutes, or until tender, turning once.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges (squeeze over each serving)!
- Makes four servings.

- Preheat your air fryer to 400F. This will take 3-5 minutes depending on your air fryer. It's important not to skip this step since the okra will be thawing AND frying during this process.
- Add the okra to the air fryer. You'll need to add the okra in a single layer to ensure that the heat has enough room to circulate around the okra. If your air fryer basket gets too full, you may have to make this in batches.
- Cook the okra. Set the timer for 15 minutes. At the halfway mark, shake your air fryer basket or flip with tongs and continue to cook the rest of the way until browned and crispy. Remove with tongs and serve hot.
