2 lemons
2 limes
12 fresh mint sprigs
1 1/2 quarts chilled sparkling mineral water or seltzer
1/4 cup elderflower concentrate*, or to taste
2 cups ice cubes

Steps:

Thinly slice lemons and limes and crush mint. In a pitcher stir together lemons, limes, mint, and remaining ingredients. Serve cooler over ice in tall glasses.

Combine 2 ounces rye whiskey, 3/4 ounce each elderflower liqueur (such as St-Germain) and cold water and 2 or 3 dashes of bitters in a rocks glass; stir to combine. Add ice and stir again until chilled, about 30 seconds. Garnish with a cocktail cherry and a blood orange slice.
