STICKY ASIAN CHICKEN
Sticky Asian Chicken can be baked or broiled in the oven, cooked on the stove-top, or grilled. However you cook it, this chicken is irresistible!

Steps:
- Combine the soy sauce, sugar and chili paste in a large measuring cup or bowl and whisk to combine. Pour HALF the marinade into a separate container and refrigerate until needed, this will be the glaze on the chicken.
- Place the chicken in a gallon-size zipclose bag or airtight container. Cover with the remaining marinade and seal. Place in the refrigerator, turning the bag every hour or two until ready to cook. Marinate for 4 - 6 hours.
- 30 - 60 minutes before you are ready to cook, remove the chicken from the refrigerator and place it on the counter to come closer to room temperature.

EASY STICKY ASIAN CHICKEN
This Easy Sticky Asian Chicken is the perfect way to make your favourite Asian take-out dish at home!

Steps:
- Add the soy sauce, cinnamon, cloves, pepper, sweet red chili sauce, and 3 tablespoons of honey to a large bowl and whisk to combine.
- Season the chicken breast strips with sea salt and add them to the soy sauce mixture, tossing to coat the chicken breast strips completely.
- Place a large skillet over medium heat. When the skillet is heated add the canola oil and sesame oil.
- Add the chicken strips and sauce to the skillet and cook for about 4-6 minutes per side until they're cooked through completely and the sauce has reduced.
- Brush the chicken pieces with the remaining 2 tablespoons of honey and remove them from the skillet to a bowl or platter. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and sliced green onions and serve on a bed of rice!

- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add 1 Tbs of olive oil. Add the chicken and salt and pepper. Cook chicken about 3 minutes on each side or until thermometer reads 165 degrees and brown on each side. Set chicken aside on plate.
- In the skillet whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sweet chili sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes, garlic and lime juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens. **
- Add chicken back to the sauce and coat each side with the sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

- In a large bowl combine all the marinade ingredients except for chicken. Stir well to combine.
- Add the chicken and mix well to coat.
- Transfer mixture to a sturdy "ziploc" plastic bag and refrigerate. Best prepared early in the day or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Lay drumettes out in a roasting pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until charred but not blackened! Watch oven {{carefully}} to avoid burning the chicken!
- Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion slices.
- As a main dish, this will serve 2 people.

ASIAN STICKY CHICKY
I always use skinless, boneless chicken thighs for this. The breasts are just to dry for this recipe.

- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken thighs to the skillet. Quickly brown on both sides.
- Add all remaining ingredients except the chopped scallions.
- Bring just to a boil.
- Reduce heat. Cover and gently simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Remove lid and turn over thighs. Continue to cook uncovered until sauce is a thick glaze. This may take only a few minutes. Careful not to let it burn.
- Place on a platter or plates and sprinkle with the scallions.

EASY STICKY CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS RECIPE BY TASTY

- In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic, ginger, chili, honey, and soy sauce.
- Mix in the chicken drumsticks.
- Cover with cling film and leave to marinate in the fridge for 4-6 hours, or overnight.
- Fry the chicken in a large pan, on all sides for about 10-15 minutes, stirring often to prevent the marinade from burning, until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and pour in the marinade.
- Bring to a boil and stir, until the marinade is thick and resembles a sauce.
- Throw the chicken back in the pan and fry for a further 5-10 minutes in the sauce, making sure each drumstick is evenly coated and cooked through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
- Enjoy!
