ONE-POT GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- In a 6-quart (5 L) Dutch oven, heat olive oil. Add mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the onions and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.
- Add the ground beef and cook until brown. Stir in the paprika.
- Add beef stock and egg noodles. Give it a stir and cover. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Lower the heat.
- Add the sour cream and cornstarch slurry. Stir until thickened.
- Serve and garnish with parsley.

- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
- Combine cornstarch, salt, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl.
- Pour cornstarch mixture, milk, beef stock, and egg noodles into the skillet of beef. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and Parmesan cheese; do not return to a boil.

- Heat oil in a large pot on low heat.
- Place flour, salt, and pepper in a gallon sized zip-lock bag. Add the beef and toss until all pieces are well-coated.
- Place all pieces of beef in hot oil and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add onions and garlic and cook for 5 minutes on medium-low heat.
- Add water, broth, soup mix, mushroom soup, and worcestershire sauce. Bring to a slow boil, stirring so nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan.
- Add egg noodles and peas,stirring until well mixed.Liquid should almost cover the ingredients, if not, add a litle more water.
- Bring to a slow boil, stirring occasionally, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until noodles are tender.
- Turn off heat and stir in sour cream to finish.

This is one of my family's favorites. Unlike most recipes, this one calls for ground beef. Serve over noodles or rice.

- In a large, deep skillet, add onions and beef and brown until no longer pink.
- Drain off fat.
- Stir in Remaining Ingredients, except sour cream, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat when mixture thickens to desired consistency and let sit for a few minutes. Then add sour cream and mix well until blended.
- Serve immediately over hot noodles.
- ****EDIT: If you prefer your stroganoff mixture a little thinner, increase the milk from 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup.
